Probably my best Greek food experience thus far! Thanks Meriem and crew! We’ll done!
The food was amazing, and the platter we purchased easily filled our family of six. From the atmosphere to the employees and the cleanliness, everything was a 10/10! What a wonderful way to spend our night while visiting Miami.
If you are a local, or visiting, you absolutely must come to Meraki because it will change your life. The only negative thing about this place, is that now I can never consider food the same way again since leaving.
Shoutout to our wonderful server, Pierre!!
The food was delicious. I ordered the saganaki, scallops from the dinner menu and haloumi salad, (and of course Greek fries!) and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. I also really loved their cocktails, fun and refreshing and just really enjoyable with the meal.
And I have to say, the baklava was the best I’ve ever had. Truly.
I will definitely be coming back on my next trip and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a Greek restaurant—seasoned perfectly and served quickly. I loved the balance of comfort and authenticity in each dish. Drinks were well-made, and the service stayed attentive the whole time.
Overall, a great experience. If you’re looking for a place with solid Greek flavors and a fun Happy Hour, definitely give this spot a try
I would recommend lamb platter
For the dessert – we tried Galaktoburek. The next time I’ll take baklava
We were in the Miami area on a Monday late afternoon with my in-laws and decided to grab an early dinner. We opted for Meraki Greek Bistro because they were part of inKind. We had inKind credit we wanted to use. Meraki has been on my list for a while as we try to check out all of the Mediterranean spots in town. We love Mediterranean food.
The space, vibe and decor is pretty on point and reminds us of Santorini, which is where we went for our honeymoon. It takes you to another place and they thought of all the details that compliment the space. Love the ambiance!
We sat inside as it was a bit humid outdoors. I think fans outside would be nice and we would have chosen to sit out there otherwise. Alexia was our server and she was wonderful, very friendly and attentive. Always checked in on us.
This is everything we ordered:
• Blue Odyssey $16
• Freddo-Tini $17
• Minoan Mule $16
• Creta Seafood w/linguine $32
• Goat Cheese & Beet Salad $16
• Lamb Chops $38
• Mezes & Trio $22
• Roasted Lamb $28.00
• Seared Scallops w/linguine $32
Cocktails and Mezes & Trio was great. It was the main dishes that was a disappointment. I got the Seared Scallops with linguine pasta. Hubby got the Lamb Chops with feta cheese fries. As soon as my scallops came out, I could tell it was going to disappoint. You can just tell as it wasn’t freshly grilled/seared and not juicy. I try to get scallops when dining out as they always have that perfect sear. This was not it. I dug my fork in and right away felt like these were frozen scallops that were just overcooked. I should have returned it but didn’t want to be that person. Hubby’s $38 lamb chops were just ok and dry.
Maybe it was an off day or maybe not. I would give the restaurant vibe and service 5 stars across the board. But the food was disappointing, even with the inKind discount and so pricey for what we got. I gave the food 3 stars. Our dinner before the inKind discount and before tip was a whopping $234!!!
$234.36 total – $106.95 inKind credit used = $127.41 + $43.40 tip = $170.81 total paid after discounts & tip. Honestly, the price point did not justify the quality. Without the discount, we would have paid $281 with tip.
I really wish we loved everything more as the ambiance was EVERYTHING! Maybe this was an off day but the experience wasn’t what we had hoped.
