Came in a few nights ago, Hannah was my server and let me just say she made my dinner great. Good conversation and she didn’t miss a single step of service. Food was as comforting as always! I’ll be back to this location next time I’m visiting.

“Service” here sucks. Been waiting to pick up my order for nearly 20 minutes now. The wait staff haven’t even acknowledged that I am even here. The order should have been ready, but who knows at this point. Thinking of just canceling the order and going elsewhere. Because this is just ridiculous, there have been 3 groups walk in since I came in, and they already have been helped.

Def not a fan of the new chessee cheese burger.. could have changed the oil in my truck with all the grease.. love patty melts but that was nothing like that.. and the watered down tomato soup to dip in was weird tasting… Go back to the regular burgers or have better options for the 2 for ‘s…

We come here often on Fridays for lunch. I have to call out the manager and Jenna for being so amazing. The manager is always attentive whether it’s helping bring food out, holding the door for patrons coming in or leaving, and making things right when they aren’t. Jenna is great! She is always in a friendly mood, pleasant to be around and carry small conversation with. She is always on top of your needs before you have to ask. We love this location and would always recommend it. It is also central to metra if you are visiting town for an event.

After what seemed like a really long time, our server came and told us that they gave our food to someone else…..

Stopped going a couple years ago due bad service. Decided to try it again tonight.. Didn’t surprise us the same awful service, horrible hostess. The staff seemed selfish, lazy and not wanting to take customers. We left, wont be back

We were looking for a quick place to grab a salad and sit down and enjoy it. We placed our order and our waitress was nice and friendly. We got served within 5 minutes. The food was delicious and fast.
