This was such a delicious meal. We started with the ecargot which was a little difficult to handle since they were still in their shells. It was OK, I’ve had more flavorful ones. But the French onion soup was hot, cheesy and had great flavor. I had the chicken Kiev which was cooked perfectly and oozed butter when cut into. It was exactly what I was hoping to get. My partner had the strip steak and lobster and the grill taste was phenomenal. Will definitely be back to try other items.

Some locals recommended this place to us for dinner, so we decided to give it a try. My first impression was that the place is extremely dated and dark inside. The building is obviously older, along with the decor. The staff was exemplary and our waitress was really friendly and knew service really well. The food is extremely pricey for the area, but you are given large portions. Presentation is pretty much non-existent, but that matters less than the flavor of the food.

Haven’t been in at least 30 years. The prices have changed, but that is to be expected. The food is still phenomenal. I cannot speak for the prime rib as I am not a prime rib guy. Steaks are tasty. The perch is great. Monica was out server and she was perfect. Well worth the drive. Wherever the drive is from. It won’t be 30 years before the next visit.

Tonight was our first dinner at this supper club. We had the 6 oz filets, they were perfectly cooked. The accompanying salads were delightful. It was a little loud, but that was minimized by the outstanding service from our waitress. The raspberry cheese cake was the very best ever. Nice wine selection.

Great bar service from Crystal! And our steaks were amazing! Perfectly charred on the outside, medium on the inside. Delicious! Only a 4 on atmosphere since a table by us was super loud. But definitely one of our favorite places to go for a fantastic meal!

have always heard good things about this place, but was unexpectedly highly disappointed. went for a birthday dinner with only a group of 4, not a huge party, and we sat in the back room. with the length of time we waited for our waitress to come back to us you would’ve thought the entire restaurant was full …. it was not. in fact, it was practically empty besides the back room. 15 minutes waiting to be greeted, 20 minutes for our drink orders, 20 minutes waiting to put our food order in. food came surprisingly quick but don’t worry, we had to wait another 20 minutes for boxes and our check! the food was horrendous for the price point. steaks not cooked to order at all, driest ribs i’ve ever tasted, wilted lettuce in the salads, and just overall inconsistency. as pictured, two orders of shrimp and one is completely burnt. thought about getting dessert but didn’t want to have to wait another 20 minutes. overall, i would not recommend this place to anybody. inattentive staff, outrageous prices for poor quality food, and tacky decor. it’s a restaurant that’s trying so hard to be high end, but completely falls short.
another note is the lack of handicap accommodations. there were no handrails in the women’s bathroom stalls and they were small as well. very interesting for a facility that claims it is wheelchair accessible on google.

We have a family of six. When I say this restaurant knocked EVERYTHING outta the park, I mean it. The oysters Rockefeller was amazing, the cocktail sauce with the shrimp cocktail was THE best we’ve ever had, the lamb chops AAAHMAZING, the 3 prime ribs were mouth watering and succulent, the porterhouse great, the filet so freaking tender! The were absolutely !!! I can’t express what an OUTSTANDING dining experience this was!!!

The frog legs appetizer was good. Among the six meals at our table the only edible dish was the walleye. The chicken was overcooked and the prime rib was dry and very fatty. It would have been a disappointment at half the price, but at their prices it was even more so. We got there when they opened and still had to wait a long time for our food.

Went for my boyfriends birthday as we have for the past several years. The wait wasnt typical and not an issue.
Our server was horrible. She asked if we needed an appetizer which we did not, she did bring a beer for him and then came back about 5 minutes later for our order.
I’d drank my glass of wine and wanted another. She never asked. Brought our salads and we didnt see her again until she brought our main course, which was moderately cool. He had wanted extra dressing for salad which she finally brought after dinner came out. I had to go get a glass of wine from the bar as she never even noticed I’d been out.
Again she never returned to check on us until she came to ask if we needed to go containers.
She brought those items along with the bill. He wanted another beer, we had considered desert but felt disappointed by the whole evening.
I spoke with manager who was not very apologetic. I wasnt asking for anything off the bill, just an apology for such crappy service. Especially when the waitress at other tables was so attentive and we felt like ours didn’t want to be bothered.
I know we will go back there again. In the past our service has been on spot.
