Solid spot to get banmi sandwiches and some Thai Asian dishes. It says Vietnamese, but it actually has no pho but they have a decent selection of banmi and especially for the vegetarians. They have tofu bun mi and impossible bunme. I also tried the tie soup which was excellent and their fries. We’re great as well. The portion sizes could be bigger for the prices. They’re charging, but the quality of food was good. And overall, I would definitely come back here again. Also, server was really nice. Who took. The order at the till.

First time the bahn mi filling was fresh and great, the second time I went it was not as fresh and very obvious. Also purchased a chicken curry bowl and it was not that great. The bowl mainly had potatoes in it with very little chicken. The taste was a bit below average so I would say skip it. It was a bit disappointing after my first visit as the food quality was clearly below standards. I’m thinking it has to do with the time of day, as my first visit was around 2pm, second visit was around 630pm but I’m expecting consistency regardless of time of day.

Fantastic spot for authentic Vietnamese flavors. The balance of the pickled carrots, fresh cilantro, and savory proteins in the Banh Mi is spot on. Don’t skip the egg rolls they’re the perfect side!

Kelli was so awesome! Thank you for walking me through the menu and taking the time to explain what all the things are. I loved the spin the wheel thing! I won the alphabet beef soup which was delicious and I ordered the chicken bowl with noodles and honey lime sauce. The pork egg roll was perfectly crispy and flavorful.

10/10 hands down! The food was PHENOMENAL! It’s like a party of flavor in your mouth! We ordered the pork Pate Banh Mi (a savory pork sandwich with sauce), lemon pepper wings, beef soup and chicken soup. We also ordered the Thai tea, and passion fruit iced tea. Everything was so good! But what’s even better is the customer service! Andrew (one of the managers) took our order, and was so nice and helpful! He knew it was our first time visiting, and offered us samples of the soup before ordering! That never happens in this day and age. We will certainly be back. Give it a try! You won’t regret it.

I been wanting to try this for a while and finally got my fix. It did not disappoint at all. Them Banh Mi sandwiches hit the spot. The meat was full of flavor, the bread was crispy, veggies was freshly cut, & the green sauce for them bulgogi fries was a great compliment to my taste buds.

Roostar in the Galleria has become our team’s go-to spot for business lunches. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and fast—perfect when we’re in between meetings but still want something satisfying. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The staff was very friendly and patient with me. Te dining area and bathroom are clean. The atmosphere is calm. I did not know what to get so I let them decide for me. I forgot to take a picture of my meal. Bonus: They have a kids menu.
