Just Who Are We?THAT Burger Spot! was founded in early 2017, opening its first location in Riverdale, GA. The idea was simple: give the community a cool, laid back, friendly place where they can grab great quality burgers, fries, and drinks for a moderate price. Not only do we want our customers to enjoy a delicious meal or snack, but to also experience a venue that is inviting and centered on a theme that has a tendency to unite people of all shapes and sizes…music! The objective: take these two feel good activities (dining and music) and merge them to create a uniquely cultured and memorable dining experience.

I was in the area and I’ve been hearing about the Vegan Burgers so I had to give it a try.
Heading it, That Burger Spot #1 was very clean. I headed over to the kiosk to place my order. Scrolling through the options, I added all I wanted. I added on my fries, paid and waited to the side for my order to be completed.
As I was waiting for my food to be finished one of the employees called me to the counter. To my dismay the location was out of vegan cheese. As the vegan cheese cost extra and there was nothing cheese wise that I could swap it out with I was just out of luck. The employee was very nice even though there was nothing she could really do for me. She broke the news to me gently and was very apologetic.
Once my order was ready I was on my way. The presentation was beautiful and the flavor profile of the food was amazing. The fixings were fresh and the burger bun was soft and warm. Though I needed the cheese to really take it to the next level, it was a good meal and I would order it again. However, I will ask if vegan cheese is in stock before placing my order.

I love supporting our small black business, I must say most time I shouldn’t have to pack alot of patients but I do.
I had a taste for the burger joint for months, I drove pass 3 very popular burger fancies not included burger king or mc Donald’s, as soon as we walked in it wasn’t a warm welcoming vibe, we had to figure out that we had to order from a kiosk, after placing our and spending more the $30 for two bugers onion rings no drink or dessert is pretty hefty. Also the kiosk is cool but didn’t noticefy me they were our of sweet potatoes fries and tomatoes, didn’t add pickles either.
Is it to much to ask to show a little more customer service when spending big bucks on a gourmet food

I ordered at the kiosk once we got there. I know now to order ahead online if we ever come back. We waited about 25 minutes for two burgers(That Long Way) and some fries. The two folks in the back were friendly and answered my questions. Nice greasy, seasoned burgers hit the spot. This place has been on my list of Black owned places to try but I’m never on this side of town. Since we were, I’m glad that I stopped by. I would recommend

Burger was so cold cheese wasn’t even melted. Fries had way too much seasoning I wasn’t able to eat them at all.. overall a bit disappointed given the fact I love supporting the businesses in my neighborhood.

Customer service was horrible! I placed a kids meal order and waited over 30 mins . We was standing around and I started to see what was going on. One girl rudely asked was I waiting on something and I told her and then her and the other girl started mumbling . After I heard one of the other girls saying she wasn’t cooking the other customers wings any longer because they was ready to clean up and be off.. then they forgot someone fries and she had to wait another 15 mins. I am just visiting the state and I’ll never be here again. Not to mention one girl was cooking with her phone in her hand and vaping no gloves .

I don’t understand how I pay $20 for Philly that is literally the same size as a regular Philly. If I wasn’t hungry, I would return this for a full refund. Fries not done. I took a few bites but it’s not it…it taste like somebody drop some salt dead in the middle of my sandwich
Update … I met with the store manager at 12 in the afternoon and she was the most professional and caring young lady. I really appreciate her and she remade my food and it is perfect thank you sister.

Asked for the Uncle Sal (salmon patty with tomatoes, lettuce, onion) and only receive the patty, bread, and cheese. Disgustingly presented. The lemon pepper wings were too salty and oily. The onion rings were not seasoned and rubbery. Fries were not seasoned. It was just a horrible experience. First time trying it and it is an one and done experience.

First time going and I absolutely loved This location. The all female crew were amazing!!! Even though they were pretty busy one came out and showed us how to place our orders on the ordering stand. The burger I ordered was amazing! Quite juicy. And no complaints! I ordered Cajun fries to go with it. The fries were good but my only feedback was not to just have Cajun seasoning but it needed salt as well. I highly recommend this location! I will be back.
