Muddy’s confuses me. It has a pretty neat look and feel, being inside an old mechanic shop with local memorabilia. It has some interesting menu items. It has a kind staff. But that’s were the praise stops. The place was freezing cold and I had to wear my winter coat inside the whole time. They were sorely understaffed and it took our food a while to arrive and for our tab to be picked up. The menu has way, way too many items on it. The Dante’s Inferno was well-plated, but poorly executed as it relied too much on sauce and not enough on beef (their patties looked suspiciously pre-packaged). The poutine was a smart option on the menu (I haven’t seen it available in the area), but why fry all the cheese curds when you are already serving them with french fries? All this for a bill that was twice that of Olde Jaol. Yes, Muddy’s is down, but not out. Maybe one day it will fix itself, but I will not be back until then.

My wife and I stopped in last Saturday, it was our first and last time there. After standing for ten minutes without anyone coming to seat us we seated ourselves. Eventually a waitress came and brought us menus and drinks. We ordered wings as an appetizer they were mediocre but the best thing we ate there. The place was half empty but it was over an hour until our food came out! I had the Roman (very little flavor) and my wife had beef Alfredo pasta. The pasta was extremely greasy and very bland. I was gonna pay with card but after our waitress seemed to disappear and we were tired of waiting i just left cash on the table and left. I expected a lot more for a place that i spent over $50 for 2 people! Been a long time since I’ve been this disappointed at a restaurant.
Yes these are not your plates this is the left overs we took home with us. Still look at the grease!

It’s a nice place and I don’t have a problem with the food. It’s unique and interesting, they’re just very proud of their menu and the pricing reflects that. Any sides are extra, and plates seemed about 30% over market for essentially bar food.
Again it’s nifty, but I didn’t think nifty was worth $25 a person and $3 per mozzarella stick.
Service was great, food was fine. Atmosphere was Chipotle industrial extended.

Food was great! I had the cheesy Louisey and it tasted amazing. My friend had the gyro and loved it. The pub style fries were crispy and delicious. Their service was so slow though. They took forever seating us, and there was no one in line with us and the place was not busy. The food came out in decent time, however, our server only checked on us once right after. Never refilled our waters, never asked if we needed anything. We were done for a long time before he ever even came over. Then we had to ask for the bill and it took another solid ten minutes to get the checks to our table. Maybe our server was having on off night. ♀️Music selection was fantastic.

Came in for breakfast. My wife got the western omelet and to say the least it was beyond burnt! I got the red velvet pancakes and scrambled eggs. Not only were my eggs also burnt but then discovered after taking a bite that I was given a spicy white sauce and not cream cheese frosting on the pancakes. For only having a handful of people the food should never have been this terrible. $45 was a waste of our money! Hope you have better luck then we did.

We ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza and it was delicious, absolutely no complaints on the food. However the waitress told us when we ordered pizza that it would take 15-20 minutes and we waited a solid 40-45 minutes. Had we known it would take that long we would have ordered something else. We came over lunch and it really wasn’t that busy, so I’m not sure why it took so long.

Food was horrible. We got a French sandwich and the gravy tasted and looked like it was from the Grease trap absolutely HORRIBLE! We also got a pretzel appetizer and the cheese tasted like water no flavor. Asked to speak to the manager about the food and apparently, the manager is also the owner, but also the chef and would not come out to look at the food that he served his customers.

I feel like this is a good restaurant to go sit down and enjoy! I ordered the 2 biscuits with gravy and a side of the K-Browns. My bill, with water, was $12 and some change. I don’t feel like that is an awful price with the amount of food I received. So you would spend per person $10 & up! I was conflicted about trying this restaurant due to the reviews saying it is $20+ PER PERSON. I didn’t look at the lunch/dinner menu, but I feel, from the breakfast menu, that the average cost was still $10+. Maybe if you got the big meal platters, it could be $15, but I would say the average cost would be $10-$20 max. ♀️ That’s just my view from my first time.
Everyone who I had brunch with had a pretty good amount of good and their bill wasn’t too far off mine! The restaurant is nice on the inside, a lot of room. The waitress was very nice and had a lot of personality! I would definitely come back!

We had reservations as we were a fairly large group of around 25 people. It was great they were able to accommodate our party. Drinks came quickly, service was a little slow to take orders, and it took a while for food to come out. Understandably so, as we were a big group. The food was really good and reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again.

Honestly, it was the best service myself and my family have ever had. My waitress (I think she said her name was Becky) was an absolute sweetheart who seemed to predict what we needed. Drink refills? Already in her hands. Ketchup, napkins, more ranch? Didn’t have to ask. The food was absolutely amazing and when my grandchildren started getting restless, Ms. Becky brought stickers and paper to keep them occupied while my daughter ate her food in peace. An amazing experience indeed and we will be coming back!
