New staff are absolutely horrible. Shoved my food in my face, no smile, no enthusiasm. This location had been great the past year but something changed. Half my cheese was.off my cheeseburger completely and it 2qsnot really wrapped. No napkins. Only 2 stars because fries were warm.

When someone asks for extra mustard, this is NOT what they mean. Normally you get such a small amount that you can’t find it, so ask for extra… because I like mustard… ♀️ but this (see photo) is a bit ridiculous, no? Also… if you’re going to serve a burger mustard soup to go… at least put napkins in the bag. I’m a mother, so I had baby wipes, but someone who did not would probably not be happy.
Also, and I can understand that this is pretty much a common problem across the board… but don’t serve cold fries. That’s like fast food 101.
And finally… the young girl who brought my food was polite and kind even when I was missing a 10piece in my bag, and when the fries were cold… she’s the reason for the high service rating.

The “manager” laughed at us when she said she didn’t have our mobile order. She was so RUDE and argumentative. She offered zero solution to where the order for our kids happy meals could be and told us to leave. Great 3 disappointed toddlers and a complete refusal to refund our money, make any food, or resolve the issue . Such a joke

The building is very cool, doesn’t look like the typical Jailhouse look of the new designs for McDonalds. This might have been a former bank?

This is the most incompetent McDonalds in NE Ohio. I used the mobile app and gave the code to the drive thru worker. I ordered a simple sausage biscuit. Not only did they not give me a receipt but they gave me a steak and egg McMuffin. I would have loved to return it but they never verified the mobile order so now I have no proof. How hard is it to put in a 4 digit code and make 1 simple sausage biscuit?

As a customer, I don’t need to knoh that he was late.Or that he clock in and then took off his coat and clocked in began to work for that.He was late coming back from break.That’s something that gets discussed how to customer view and not in front of other team members. I ordered a LG Caramel Macchiato w/ whipped cream & 1 Sausage McGriddle threw the take-out..i prefer 2 eat in my car because Bainbridge is such a lovely area & always is super busy..so there is ALWAYS something going on.
I’m extremely impressed with this McDonalds. They have 2 pull up drive thrues & I ordered..pulled up 2 the 1st window 2 pay the employee was incredibly polite. The second window..the same. My sandwich was super , & very GOOD! My Macchiato EXCELLENT! The employees here r extremely polite & always say have a nice day every time I come here.
I went inside 2 take pictures..i am very impressed! This place is completely remodeled! The pics will speak 4 themselves! Also the outside grounds..very impressive..! The ONLY problem I found is there seems 2 b an issue with the McDonalds app..apparently there are MAJOR kinks 2 b done cuz the reviews were all about how the app is freezing up, simply not loading,1 person said she couldn’t use it until she got close 2 McDonalds, etc..& people were even trying 2 help! Letting McDonalds know various ways how 2 fix the app because if u order from the app u get quite a lot of perks..free drink, coupons, & I believe give a ways were mentioned..so they have 2 fix the app.
