Pleasantly surprised by the deluxe Hawaiian bun fish sandwich and fries. Everything was fresh and crispy., including the peach cobbler rolls. I will definitely do the 30 minute drive again for this meal.

I ordered The Gobbler from the lady manager, I believe. Very professional. Then I ordered an appetizer (side) and the apple pie milkshake from an employee named Abraham I believe his name was. Very friendly. He asked if I would do the survey on the receipt. My friend accidentally threw away the receipt when cleaning the table so im doing the review here. My friend and I enjoyed our food.

The new crispy fish sandwich is larger than the competition’s and has a good balance of fish and breading. It tastes just like the McDonald’s Filet-o-fish. If you fill out the survey on their website you get a coupon to get the sandwich for just $1. That is a very good deal.,since the special price is two for $6. Update: Got a half pound beef and cheddar sandwich and a jalapeno beef slider. Both were very good.

At the drive thru and saw the “three for $5 menu”. I ordered that and wanted a large iced tea since it’s hot today.
I got to the window and now it’s $11.00 and change?? I asked the guy why the huge price difference? A woman came up to the window and said if we wanted to cancel the order she had to charge us again on our card, we paid cash?? Basically she said that you cannot upgrade the 3 for $5 dollar to a large drink. This is ridiculous in the fast food industry, they always try to up sell.
I took a photo of my small slider, small fries and all of these sauces I didn’t ask for.
The slider was not fresh. The meat was stuck to the bun, the mayo looked old and the overall appeal made me wonder if I should even eat it. The small fries tasted pretty good but they were not hot.
The customer service was severely lacking here. I had a guy who was hard to understand while ordering and then the female who jumped in at the pick up window telling me I can’t order a large drink off the value meal deals.
I won’t be going back to this location for food or poor service. There are many other options on both sides of Second Ave. up and down the street.

The food was good. I had the chicken strips from the two for six menu and a Greek gyro. Unfortunately I did not get any dipping sauce for the chicken, and I asked for extra Horsey sauce and also did not receive it. But I left hand forgot my drink,band the kind lady at the counter brought it out to me before I could pull off.

The ads got me. I caved for the new Waigu burger. 7pm not really dinner rush, ordering was fast and great. After order it took 15 minutes to clear the 1 car in front of me the whole time circled by homeless. After I got to the window the took my payment provided a receipt then was about to hand me some one else’s order. I confirmed what I ordered and the worker left. 5 minutes later another kid came up and was about to hand me the same wrong order. I again confirmed the order a few minutes later I got my correct food. That waigu burger was sloppy and rushed for a 20 minute process.

Are you kidding, it’s Arby’s. If you can’t find something you like there’s something wrong with you. Tonight I took a hungry friend there for dinner and he ordered the 2 for $6 beef and cheddar sandwiches and a chocolate shake. He really enjoyed it. The drive up window moved real quick and the service dude was really cool. Good job Arby’s on 2nd street El Cajon, California I’ll be back soon.

Terrible service. They close the inside at 10:05 instead of the posted 10:30. Had a pickup order, got there right at their estimated pickup ETA a guy was mopping and sweeping and saw me and just completely ignored me .Had to wait in line at the drive-thru-25 minutes. Only to get a large french fries that look like this. Ice cold and soggy. Sucks to have a sucky day at work and just want to grab something quick and get home. Then you just have to deal with more BS. Super frustrating .First and last time at this location.
Edit: The store manager got a hold of my wife and very generously made everything right. She was seemed to be very upset with the staff and was definitely going to do something about it and they completely comped my meal. This is an order that really cares about their establishment. Changing my rating due to the manager’s kindness. That kind of customer service just deserves a five star. Thank you.
