This is my go-to location. Always great service & my drink is always made to perfection! Today, I witnessed the sweetest act of kindness by one of the employees. A customers car died in the drive through line, you could tell she was embarrassed. One of the employees came out to assist her & pushed her car out of the drive through line to keep things running smoothly. Once he got the her car out of the way, he proceeded to help her try and figure out what had happened. The lady was very upset and a little frazzled. The employee brought her order out to her and she persisted that she had not yet paid. He assured her it was taken care of and that everyone has bad days sometimes. Sometimes this world can seem so mean & cruel but there are still good people left. Great job, Starbucks! You’ve got some outstanding employees at this location!

I ordered an iced matcha latte and I only wanted two scoops of matcha, but it was still very strong. Then I wanted only one scoop, but it was still very, very strong. I’ve had to exchange it 4 or 5 times in a week, and today they made me a matcha latte full of ice. I’m really losing my patience with this shop. I spent $6.55 just for a glass of iced water. And when I went to exchange it, they were rude to me, but it was their fault, so why were they so upset when I went to exchange it?

My husband and I visited this Starbucks at 5:08 am on Sunday, December 7th, 2025. The baristas inside were very kind and welcoming. However, the man cleaning the parking lot was rude when my husband smoked his legal medical cannabis more than 25 feet from the door. We were unaware of Starbucks’ policy banning all smoking, vaping, and drug use on their property, and there were no visible signs posted outside. My husband put his vape away immediately, but we decided to cancel our order and continue our travels elsewhere. We do frequent long distance driving and we have NEVER been approached even when my husband smokes a cigarette. Our early morning Starbucks stops help with my husband’s pain and to stretch his legs. Smoking helps him continue the ride.
We’ve been doing this for about 10+ years. I recommend if Starbucks posts signage inside, it should be posted outside so customers understand the rules before ordering and enforce the rules everywhere. We ended up driving to the next Starbucks in Douglasville and had no issues.

I always love coming to this starbucks to enjoy my venti frappucino with 5 shots of espresso. It riles me up and gets me going for the rest of the day! Anyways, this time I was visiting the Starbucks on my morning commute to work but I had forgotten to upload an important video to my google drive to send to a friend of mine for an interview (yeah im somewhat famous enough for those). So I booted up my MacBook and went to login to the Wi-Fi network but just as I was about to work on that it was my turn to order. So I packed my MacBook again and ordered my go to venti frappucino with 5 shots of espresso and a sandwhich. The staff was super nice but did misspell my name slighty which made both of us laugh. I paid and left and as I got into my car I realized I had not uploaded that video still. The atmosphere in this Starbucks makes you forget all your worries. Still though, I had to make my friend wait a full day cause I HAD to get to work. I overstayed a little at the Starbucks, what kind people.

Never had a NASTY cortado but thanksgiving morning around 7:30 was a true disappointment. Too disgusting to even try to force myself to drink or doctor up. It was so gross you will feel the urge to throw it at the person that made it. I’ve had a few disappointments before with this location but this is definitely the LAST.

I love this Starbucks. My husband and I like to make up our own drinks, and they’re always more than helpful and beyond patient with us. Even if we show up pretty close to closing, they’re always smiling and energetic. I just love it.

Not bad for a pick me up! This location just happens to be notorious for low energy baristas. They are not entirely friendly. I am a partner myself, and I totally get it not wanting to work here and there. Sometimes it feels just a little offsetting. But I’ve never had a problem with beverages 🙂

My wife and I stopped by this store on our way through Oxford. There was a line in the drive thru but it moved rather quickly. The guy taking our order was patient and got it correct. Our order was ready when we pulled around, once again greeted by very nice man. I recommend this place.
