How do the person in the kitchen send out bad potatoes I’m only upset because the smell made me loose my appetite and not understanding how you don’t see black all thru the potato now I’m having to get back out in this storm just to get it replaced wasting time and gas and I work over nights so it’s just irritating please get it together . Now I can’t even eat the replacement one because my stomach has turned. Would of least gave guest a drink while they waiting for the inconvenience and still having to sit and wait

Dry and overcooked. I read the reviews before going here and was hopeful. I was utterly disappointed.
Avoid the potato skins as they were overcooked and the chicken was dry. No sauce was offered or given for drive thru order.

Nice, clean restaurant. Easy to read menu and great, friendly customer service at the front desk. Ordered a pork sandwich, fries and sweet tea. Really good meal.

Pulled pork sandwich served cold with Cole slaw on it. I went through the drive thru, asked for a fork, she said it was in there. I pulled in to a parking space, guess what no fork. I went inside explained what happened rather than handing me a fork, they directed me to where in the lobby to get one. Potato salad is a mustard style. Not great over all, terrible service.

Worst Rick’s I’ve ever gotten food from. Sat at the intercom waiting to order for 5 minutes before I hear anything. Ordered my food and dude attitude made it sound like he didn’t wanna take my order. Got to the window and had to wait for him to get off his phone so I could pay. Had the window closed on me so I couldn’t ask for any sauce, then was told to pull up after sitting at the window waiting for another 4 minutes. Got home to see they gave me a small fry instead of a large.

Huge shoutout to Ali D. I used to work at Rick’s and since then I’ve had several employees question my orders, which I completely understand, but there are times they come off very rude. Ali didn’t question what I was ordering at all, she took my order with a smile, she was very polite, and she ensured my order was fulfilled correctly. Please ensure this gets back to her and her managers because she was the best employee I’ve experienced at this location

Ordered loaded baked potato. When I got home which was 10 minutes the potato was not hot. I tried heating it in the microwave but with butter and sour cream on it that was not the best thing to do. Took it back to the restaurant and I got them to fix me another one with butter and sour cream on the side. Of course this potato was not hot either. I checked the temperature and it was 108. I don’t know how long the potatoes had been done but they were not worth trying to eat.

We was in Muscle Shoals looking at vehicles and decided to stop by Ricks Barbecue for lunch. Walking in for the first time I noticed how nice the appearance was! It was very clean! This was our first time here. I ordered the bbq salad. There wasn’t much meat at all. It was a decent salad for the price. Cashier was nice.
