Great experience at McDonald’s. The service was very friendly and quick, and the staff was polite and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The order was accurate, fresh, and came out fast without any issues. The location was clean and well-kept, making it a nice and easy stop overall. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations in the area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stop by again

So long wait time for poor order.
Waited 10 minutes to order and another 10 for food. Thought 20 minutes would be enough to get food but guess not. When received the big Mac, it lacked cheese and sauce… I get folks may have been new but to forget cheese and sauce, both… waste of money as McDonald’s is already over $7 for most of their burgers alone.

If i could give a 0 start review i would. My boyfriend door dashed breakfast food. He ate his hash brown i was in the process of eating mine. My boyfriend opened his sandwich to find a spider crawling around in the wrapper around his food. Absolutely disgusting. He then opened it up again in the sink and the spider jumped out and was crawling around. Never again will we eat here.

I went here to order a happy meal for my son. After 10 minutes, and no food, I approached the counter for help. I was completely ignored by not one, but 2 employees. They treated me like I didn’t even exist. One worker continued with their personal phone call while I stood there waiting for help. The play place was dirty. TERRRIBLE SERVICE. There are 2 other McDonald’s close by, and my experience there has been similar. I won’t be going back.

Fries were old and cold, not to mention I ordered a medium and they barely gave me enough fries for a happy meal. I asked if they could make sure the nuggets were fresh and cooked to order but they were cold as well.

I had a terrible experience at this location and will not be returning.
I waited over 5 minutes in the drive-thru before anyone even acknowledged me, which already set the tone. After finally placing my order, I then waited more than 10 additional minutes to receive my food — which ended up being completely unacceptable.
The food was hard, overly cooked, and the fries were old and stale. It was so bad that I threw it away instead of eating it. Waiting that long for food that was clearly not fresh or made with any care is extremely frustrating.
To make matters worse, the app makes it nearly impossible to even submit a complaint or easily access a receipt, which only adds to the frustration when customers have legitimate issues that need to be addressed.
This experience was a complete waste of time and money. Do better, McDonald’s.

I haven’t been to this location in awhile. But for breakfast my son asked.
The decor is what I noticed first. Simple and understated, but fitting and welcoming. Staff was busy, but with pleasant interactions.

Placed a mobile order to be picked up through the drive through. When we got past giving our order number, and got to the first window we were given the wrong receipt. So when we got to the second window we explained to the gentle men that we were given the wrong receipt, but we had placed a mobile order, someone behind him asks if it’s for a sweet tea, we said no, the gentlemen then asked if it had a coke, and a medium shake, we said yes. He handed us our drinks, two bags of food, and we went on our way, i had briefly checked the bag and assumed everything was in there. When we got home, our 10 piece nugget was missing, and so was two hot & spicy mcchickens. We were just going to let it go, but once we tried our other food, it was cold, the regular mcchickens we got, the lettuce was soggy and nasty. At this point, i decided just to grab the food and go back up there, because the APP says you must go through the store you placed the order through in order to get food replaced/or refund. When i got to the store, the doors were locked, the drive through line was decently long, so i decided just to call, and that’s where Shay comes in. I explained to her we were missing our nuggets, the mcchks, and that the rest of the food was just nasty, she asked for our order number, and then asked me to hold, when she got back on the phone she proceeded to inform me that the girl who bagged my order remembers putting the nuggets in the bag, and that it was a male driving. I then confirmed with Shay that yes, it was a male driving, but the nuggets definitely weren’t in the bag & not the only thing we were missing. She then sighed and asked what size the nuggets were, i said 10, she offered to remake them, i AGAIN reminded her about our missing hot & spicys, she then offered to remake the three. I said, well personally i think and would like you to replace everything because its all nasty/cold. She told me she couldn’t do that because “they start mobile orders once they get there”, yeah that doesn’t explain my soggy over salted cold fries, or my nasty lettuce. I realized i wasn’t getting anywhere with her, so i just asked if she could refund the whole thing because it was a waste at this point, she told me she couldn’t refund mobile orders because “the store personally doesn’t take or get that money so her drawer and safe would be short” i then referred back to what the McDonald’s mobile app clearly states, she told me her general manager/supervisor Reginald, told her they can’t process mobile order refunds, she states it’s a confusing process, but i have to go to the contact section on the app.
Honestly, completely fed up at this point, i ask her again why the app would say i need to contact the store to get refunded, Shay again states the safe short, etc. the phone call got slightly out of hand, nothing resolved, the phone call was ending and here i am, unable to request a refund through the app (because there’s not a way too and they also state several places to go through the restaurant themselves)
At this point, i can’t even lie i cussed as i was speaking on the phone, not at her, but i did, she ended the call after (which is totally fair) BUT i just want our money back for this nasty food we didn’t eat& food we never even got!!!

Worst experience at a mcdonalds ever. Waited 30 min to place order, another 30 to get order. Was told to go park at a pick up spot. Watched several cars that came after me get their food. Employee kept approaching me with orders that weren’t mine. Never once asked me what I ordered, she walked away before I could tell her. I was getting shaky from needing food so when she came up to me with what she called “this ones gotta be yours” I asked if it was *gave order details* she looked in the bag and said yes. I get home and not only is it the wrong order, I’m pretty sure it was one of the orders she tried to give me 20 minutes prior and it was a gross looking, cold, like not even that it was cooked and cooled off, actually cold double chicken sandwich and a fry. I ordered two meals. I dont know what the deal was, but it looked like employees were just messing around in there. Will never go back there again.

They put way too much mayo on my mc chicken, the fires had no salt, my burger bun was hard and stale, and they forgot my straw. I don’t understand why that’s acceptable to give to a costumer. Literally everything I order was messed up somehow.
