The service was impeccable, very friendly. Although it The food was very greasy and the fries were basically on their last life line, they were soggy but hard at the same time? The cookie ice cream was unforgivingly delicious. The medium sweet vanilla ice cream went perfectly with the sweet chocolate chip cookie. I thought it might have been too much when ordering, but it was the most illustrious desert I could have ever imagined.

The manager Bernice is the absolute worst! She’s always looking at her phone, disappears and doesn’t show her face for long periods of time. She has absolutely no idea what should be on the TV’s, and unless you specifically tell her to put on the NBA and NHL playoffs, you won’t find it on a single TV. She’s completely clueless and not very friendly. Even the employees don’t have anything good to say about her. Well, even after approaching her and asking her why these games aren’t on any TV, she still didn’t put the NHL playoffs on any TV, but at least there girl’s lacrosse, the Marlins/Braves game, and 2 TV’s tuned to a silent documentary about the Mets from the 80’s. She’s gotta go! She’s useless! Also, if you want to get ripped off majorly, order boneless wings. The kitchen staff can’t count to 6, and you’ll always get pieces that are less than half the size of a chicken McNugget, literally. You will never get what you deserve. They need to start doing it by weight instead of by piece. Bernice is still there, and as far as I’ve heard, she’s still no good and you’ll still get ripped off on the wings. $1+ a wing for barely a bite of meat.

Sports bar, moderate wait time, loud, but the food is ok and not overly expensive. I got my usual nachos, I really liked the diced chicken on them. My husband got wings, they were tasty. My daughter didn’t like her Mac and cheese much (she’s a cheddar fan, and they didn’t use much of it in their mix)

Amazing Service!!! Great food & Drinks were superb!!! Loved the Chicken Wrap.. very good! The cheesecake was super yummy as well! This restaurant as right by our hotel and very easy to get to! Loved the atmosphere…all the employees were smiling & seemed happy to celebrate their managers birthday!! Great job to all!!

If I was able to rate this location zero stars I would. I ordered mild wings and this is what I received. Barely any sauce on my wings. The wings were disgusting and so was the cashiers attitude. I had a bad experience three times at this location. I tried to be nice but not only is the food nasty but customer service is also terrible. No one can pay me to go back there. The Newburgh location is way better. Better atmosphere, staff, most importantly food!

I had an awesome experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was genuinely great, and our waiter, Kyler, made the whole visit even better. He actually looked like he enjoyed being there, was excited to help us, and had this great, upbeat energy the entire time. It’s rare to meet someone who brings that kind of vibe to their job, and it really made our night. Big shoutout to Kyler for the excellent service.
