If you want to be ignored at the counter come to this McDonalds. Everytime I have been to this restaurant since they remodeled with walls to block the back, all the employees hide in the back and never come out to help. I had to holler to the back to try to get some help and nothing, finally the manager saw us and said we will be with you shortly, that’s when me and 2 other customers said we have been already waiting for almost 10 minutes. She was rude, saying she is new. A few other people stepped in and said the same things that this restaurant never has customer service at the counter, and waiting for simple things like a refill or ketchup takes forever!! The trash cans were completely over full, the rest of the dinning room was clean.m, they really need to focus on more the drive through!!

I feel sorry for the workers. Obviously understaffed. The city of redlands should be investigating the owners. Same persistant delays and angry customers every time we come. We live close by and my kids love it but it a sad scene each time.

Ordered a Cheeseburger happy meal. Paid extra for the cheese and pickles. it wasn’t on there so i walked back into the store and had it remade.
i get home with my second order (not checking because how could they mess up twice)…i have everything but NO PATTY!
Server who helped me was rude and annoyed because i’m upset THEY did their job wrong?

I visited the drive-thru during the night shift, and it took 40 minutes to get my order. The wait was extremely long, and the process felt disorganized. The heavy-set manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. Additionally, the mocha machine was not working, which seems to be a recurring issue.
While some staff were polite, overall the service was slow and frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues to improve efficiency and professionalism during night shifts.

There is usually a long wait when I go here, and there is almost always some issue with the app, so ordering ahead of time is impossible.
Most of the times I have been here, I end up ordering from the Del Taco or Jack-in-the-Box across the street and have my food before the drive-thru line has even moved.

Great McDonald’s. Clean and well made food. However I had an issue with one employee having a bad day, let’s say but the manager Guadalupe is amazing. Handled the situation beautifully and had amazing customer service. Amazing service definitely five stars

I’ve always ordered from this McDonald’s location in Redlands and consistently received my correct order—until now. My most recent visit was disappointing: my order was wrong, and the girls working the drive-thru were extremely rude. I won’t be returning to this store. The owner needs to be aware of how their employees are treating customers and damaging the store’s reputation.
