I was traveling through Columbia from Charleston to Charlotte on Sunday 12/7/25 @1:46pm (order# 65) and thought Taco Bell was close to the interstate, but ended up driving more than a mile… I dreaded the extra mile so bad however, the young lady that took my order in the drive-through was the nicest person I have ever met at a fast food drive-through!! The food was hot and delicious!! I just called and spoke with Jeremiah the manager and I think in the beginning of the call, he may have thought that I was calling him to complain but quickly got very happy when he realized I was calling for a compliment! They did a great steak taco for my girl Chloe!! Keep up the amazing work ~ I will definitely remember Decker on my next trip through!! I hope your employees see this and stay wonderfully kind while making great food!!! Greatly appreciated!!!

Tried to give this location another chance but experience was terrible. If I could give no stars I would. Customer service disgusting and horrible. Cashier just rude with a disgusting and nasty attitude.Rushing me thru my order. Food cold disgusting. There was something floating in my drink and the cashier got an attitude. 0 out of 0 recommend. paid $42 asked for a nacho Bell grande extra seasoned beef extra nacho cheese add lettuce no beans but yet got chicken beans no lettuce added terrible terrible service

Ordered over $40 worth of food. I asked for supreme loco Doritos tacos, they proceeded to state they had no beef and say they could put chicken on instead. I asked for them to put sour cream on them. The picture below is how I received the tacos. I am tired of the nasty service I’ve been getting from the Taco Bell in the Columbia, sc area. Ordered a meal box. I do not know what I received. Cold, flat, and not even close to what I ordered.
I was on the Interstate, so I could not turn around and go back. I tried calling several times to get a machine that says call back later.
I called back numerous times, even the next day with still no answer.
I reported this to Taco Bell customer complaints and stated to contact me…..which no one has yet. A few days go by and attempted to call numerous times again and again just the machine that hangs up on you.
I called and left another complaint and to contact me. Still nothing.
So here we are.
Maybe now I will get management or an owner to contact me!!!

8/3/24 around 5:40pm Burnt debris from the toaster or something on my food. There was no way the employee that fixed my food didn’t see that. The young lady at the drive thru window. Excellent.

Service was astounding HORRIBLE. I understand coming late-night has its risks, but communication is EVERYTHING to customers. I placed an online order at 3:15am and wasn’t even acknowledged until almost close. If you have to close early due to staffing issues, that’s fine, but you cannot leave a customer waiting for 30 mins unspoken to (including the waiting time AT the window) before you tell them you’re “closed”… 15 minutes before usual closing time.

Had I whole rubber piece in my taco I informed them to throw the meat out I have been a manger for Taco Bell for over 5 years and never have a seen a whole rubber piece in my taco no rubber should even be on the line !! They did no throw the meat away !!!!

Ordered Nachos bell grande meal, and got soggy, not at all what a nachos bell grande should be, my taco Supreme looked like they sat on it, so disgusted with my food. What a waste of money! My next steps will be reporting to the highest level, because having inefficient workers, taking money from people by providing low quality service like this is beyond unacceptable! And this isn’t the first time, I thought I would give this place a chance again, and lessons learned, NEVER again, place needs revamp.
