Other locations should come and train at this one. The food actually looks like the commercials and tastes even better than it looks. Staff was friendly and efficient. I drive past two other McDonald’s to get to this one.

I want to express how disappointed I am with the service at this McDonald’s location. I’ve been coming here for quite a while, and this is not the first time my order has been completely messed up. Today was unacceptable — my McChicken was handed to me without the chicken patty, which is the main part of the sandwich.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I went during a slow time of day, with no cars in the drive-thru, and yet the order was still prepared incorrectly. It shows a lack of attention, efficiency, and care for customers.

I worked in fast food before, so I understand mistakes happen — but not repeatedly, and not something this basic. It feels disrespectful, especially when employees laugh or act like it’s not a serious issue.

I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances, but the service keeps getting worse. This experience was ridiculous, and something needs to be addressed so other customers aren’t treated this way.

We really wanted to sit down and eat at 8:30 am and the inside was closed so we had to go through the drive through and eat in our vehicle. Otherwise, the food was fresh and good. Would have been 5* if we could have eaten inside.

Waited 35 minutes after placing a mobile order and then had to go in the store for the mobile order and then the order was wrong. There after waited in the drive through and spoke with a manager who then slapped together a quick sausage biscuit and then brought it out and it was cold . I placed the mobile ahead of time so that I would not have to wait and it would be convenient however it was not that and the problem was not resolved properly. I really hope a regional or someone can get this location to better standards before it’s at a point where people don’t come here anymore for bad service and experience.

Got the hot honey sausage biscuit, & hash browns . Biscut was ok, im not a huge biscuit fan. Hot honey was good. Hash browns had a terrible aftertaste. Time to change the oil.

Had me park to wait for this frappe when nobody was behind me and brought me this. Their frappes always come out runny like this and not filled all the way. I don’t know why I keep coming back thinking the frappes will be made right next time :/. Disappointed because these are expensive.

Food was poorly prepared. One simple burger had 3 separate strips of burger in it, as if they were leftovers used to fill the bun, hoping no one would see it. The same order had a Big Mac that wasn’t made right with missing ingredients and what appeared to be made upside down the way the burger was layered. Then the fries weren’t salted and were cold. What a mess of a business. How can we go back expecting this again? They’re a huge disappointment.

Seriously trying go home that quickly? I’m not even going to bother dealing with this because you’re about to close and there’s nothing I can do about it such little time to go. The fries were f-king raw. Soggy, sad, and deplorable. WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THOSE. I don’t know who’s in charge of this place but they need to be sent to the unemployment line; stat. District management too for that matter. With the prices McDonalds charges now this is an unacceptable waste. I won’t be back.

Update 4/7/23: still serving undercooked fries. Somebody needs to revoke this McDonald’s franchise license ASAP.

The lobby is not even an option, it’s closed all the time it’s not open at all. You have to go through the most frustratingly slow drive-thru line to get your food if you want it. Sometimes the food is cold worst of the worst!
