Great atmosphere – they have old ski gondolas with tables inside you can sit at, and the music is uplifting. Having a coffee and sitting for a bit will make you feel happy

At 9:50 AM I counted 15 cars at the drive through. Atrociously tiny portions compared to other locations, same can be said for the long wait time

Well there service is absolutely atrocious. Only 1 maybe 2 worker actually seem to care. Food is slow and usually made incorrectly. The curb side is ok. The new remodel is very nice. It’s always clean and the vintage gondolas are really nice.

Just a warning- these people can’t make a shamrock shake for the life of them. Its martian green, liquidy like milk and tasted like pure toothpaste, not vanilla with a hint of mint like it should. I tried fixing it with vanilla ice cream, used half a tub and it still tasted like i drank straight mint extract.

Im giving 5 stars for the young man who I believe I caught his name and it’s Justin, he’s usually in the am and up front coordinating and bringing people’s food to them. He’s extremely pleasant and has always been on top of service when my bf and I get breakfast there. I work in the fast food industry myself and I know when someone is a hard worker despite the challenges you run into with unruly and impatient customers but he’s stellar. You guys are lucky to have him apart of your team.

Everything was awesome until they messed up my order a bit. I asked for no meat in my cheese burger and extra tomato & lettuce, but they added bacon and no tomatoes. But they fixed it later. The service overall was good and workers were nice. The food was amazing! Thank you . (They also have free WiFi which is pretty cool))

Asked for no cheese in my bigmac. Got cheese. Looks like someone ate half of my medium fries. At least it was hot, but way too salty. Took more than 10 minutes to get our meals, even though it was near noon and no one’s before us.

If I could give it a 0 star I WOULD. Manager was very rude, Snappy, and disrespectful. Very understaffed. My order was done wrong, the shakes were runny and gross they were literally undrinkable. I demand a refund for my shakes.

I showed up in the drive thru at 12:50 pm when they close at 1 am. We sat at the speaker asking them to take our order. When no one replied by 12:54 we drove up to the second window around 12:58. Then honked the horn and knocked on the window. It’s completely unacceptable when they close at 1:00 to not take an order 10 mins before closing. As the only place open to get food at later than 11 p.m they should be selling food up until 1 a.m.

The manger Andrea gave me a lot of attitude when I called to asked why I did not receive part of my order. I even asked the drive through girl the missing items were in the bag and she said yes before we left. I should not have taken her word for it because this happens all the time at this McDonald’s. I usually check the order but had two hungry kids in the back and took her word for it… my mistake.
