Really bad food. 3 of my burgers were cold, one was piping hot. All the buns were doughy. Burgers were smashed. I only ate one and it was disgusting. Drive thru employee seemed nice, but this store really needs to do something about the food quality.

Ms. Selina and her Manager, Ms Jennifer are the very best team. I use the drive thru at least 3 times or more per week to get some supplemental breakfast items. If this team is on duty, I am greeted and taken care of in incredible fashion. My food is prepared fresh with little if any wait time. To be honest, I have been critical of this Krystal in my prior reviews. But them team of Ms Selina and Ms Jennifer have gotten me back on board. Hey, I even sent them a Christmas Card this past Christmas! Well Done!

These little burger or sliders as some call them pack a punch. I was hungry and decided to try a new place. Everyone was nice. People had smiles from customers to employees. The tables and chairs were recently cleaned along with the bathroom. If you feel like trying a new fast food, this is a good option. The sliders look small, but they are tasty. The restaurant is close to the street. You can’t miss it, come give it a try.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I received today, October 30, 2025, at approximately 8:24 AM.
My party and I attempted to dine in, but we were informed that the dining area was closed. When we asked about the opening time, we were told 8:00 AM, even though it was already 8:24 AM. We then tried the doors, but they were locked. The cashier, who had locs, looked at us dismissively, and a tall male employee spoke to us in a way that made us feel as if we had done something wrong.
A more polite and helpful attitude from the staff would have made a significant difference in this experience.

VERY DISTASTEFUL VISIT NOT ALL BAD THE ORDER TAKER DID GREAT SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY I CAME HERE ON 11/5 at 1:40 i placed a order for the number 7 spicy with cheese and two cheese Krystals off the grill ! I was asked to pull forward to sit in the line until 1:54 to get back to work to have SOGGY RED KRYSTALS PULL WAY BEFORE STEAM WAS FINISHED AND OLD OLD CHICKEN THAT THE HOLD TIME WAS WAY SURPASSED ! I did not get my receipt i even Tried calling 4 times before leaving this review for this to be corrected but no answer this is so unacceptable for a 15$ order on lunch break waited 15 mints and received garbage

stopped at this location on the way from a drs appt this is one of the only drive thru restaurants where you can get a real breakfast with real food UNFORTUNATELY, I was greeted by an unfriendly little lady who took a long time to get my order correct then told me I had to pull up and wait I only ordered 2 breakfast plates with cheese and bacon what I got was a bunch of containers I asked for toast got a black hockey puck I’m guessing was suppose to be a biscuit tasteless gray grits flabby bacon and over cooked eggs swimming in oil horrible!!! This is not the first time I got bad service but all the food was a mess and so was the service. I will not be back to this location I will eat at home… My suggestion the little lady needs to work in the back she doesn’t have the personality for the front.
