We’ve dined here many times and have always wanted to support this place. Unfortunately, on more than one occasion, we were charged for items we neither ordered nor received. When we brought it to their attention, we were told that we had received them, which was both frustrating and disappointing. Being overcharged once may be a mistake, but having it happen multiple times raises concerns. We hope they take more care with their billing moving forward.

My food was DESTROYED. AND the first time i ordered the salsa verde pork wet burrito, it was AMAZING, this time, it was so spicy, it gave my tongue blisters….. never had such a bad experience before this, other than the difference in food quality between days and nights shifts. Day is amateur, but until tonight, night shift was amazing….

I will never go back to Rolberto’s after the way I was treated. I had a to-go order and went to grab some green sauce from the condiment station — they even had little to-go cups right there, so I figured it was fine. Out of nowhere, the lady behind the counter comes out and yells at me in front of everyone, saying it’s for dine-in customers only. I haven’t been yelled at like that since I was a kid! It was humiliating, completely uncalled for, and honestly ruined my whole experience. The food isn’t worth being treated like that. I’ll be taking my business somewhere that actually respects their customers.

Their food is delicious. Sometimes you may get sick but its ALWAYS tasty food. Haha It’s a hit n miss or maybe just coincidence on my part. How knows. Their fajita burritos fall apart a little much for my liking.

I liked eating here but they over charge you and you don’t get what you ordered. Then when trying to call to fix the situation they don’t try and fix it and act like they don’t understand you. I ordered a carne asada bowl that’s supposed to have soir cream and guacamole and a soda. I didn’t get any of that. Don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon since they don’t care about customers.

This place is amazing, whether it is 6pm, or 3am the food is great, the service is fast, and the staff are friendly. Amazing food, I like the smothered burrito best, it is huge and has great meat, and it has rice and beans on the side. Large quantity of food! I was so stuffed for about $15 dollars, and im growing still, so I can pit food away. Stop by, and make sure to tip!

Pretty simple order but they burned the tortilla chips and the trays melted together and they got one of the orders wrong, which happens a lot actually.
The worst part though is when I called they said if I drove back at almost 11pm they would switch it out. I said it its almost 11pm I dont want to come back, do I have to come back right now and they said yes. Wouldnt resolve it any other way and just were going to switch it out.
I wont be back, there was really no attempt to make things right or put my name on a list to get a credit. When I told this to the girl on the phone she just said ok, sorry and ended the call. They clearly dont care to keep my business so they wont get it any more.

Nobody Special
The food is terrible tasting often undercooked and now they have a lady there that doesn’t even speak english working the drive thru. This place has fallen apart.
