I wanted to support this local, family-owned business and hoped to become a returning customer. Unfortunately, the value didn’t match the price—two small cookies plus a 20% tip felt hard to justify, especially with minimal customer interaction. When I asked for feedback, there was no response, and verbal customer service is invaluable to any business. While we could buy a dozen cookies elsewhere for the price of the two I purchased here, I came to support you. Please do better and price your items so your baked goods are truly worth the customer’s dollar. $6 for these cookie?! Each?! Customer service, value, and fair pricing matter—sadly today you lost an honest customer. I hope in the future you serve the community in a thoughtful and competitive way.

Heard a lot of good things about this bakery on Facebook, we thought to give it a try this morning – it definitely lived up to the reputation! The chocolate and caramel cake was amazing and the Shameless pie had so many different levels of flavor. Very friendly service and good-sized portions; I will be back to try everything else on the menu!

The cinnamon roll is absolutely amazing! I think it gives Cinnabon a run for its money, but it’s even more tender. On a whim I also decided to get the carrot cake (my wife’s favorite) and their Mayan hot chocolate mix. My wife said it’s the best carrot cake she’s ever had. It’s not cloyingly sweet, just perfectly balanced. And the hot chocolate mix is absolutely amazing. Really rich and smooth. I’ve already been back for an another cinnamon roll, and see this being a regular stop for me from here on out. Nothing rough at all about this place!!

I keep coming back to this bakery week after week. The space is charming, and everything I’ve tried has been amazing, especially the ube bagels. I’m obsessed with their whoopie pies and bagel sandwiches. Truly a hidden gem!

A very cozy place for breakfast/brunch. Supporting small local business. Tried their filipino breakfast meal Longsilog (filipino sausage, egg and garlic fried rice) and the pandesal (filipino dinner roll) sandwich consisting of filipino sausage, egg and hashbrown– must try. They also have the bagel sandwich with sausage. You can also have choose from a list of pastries they have. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! Ms.Kai is always so nice to me! The cinnamon rolls and the brown sugar pop tarts are our favorites. When I asked if I could play my guitar outside of the store as a gig, she treated me so well that, even though it was my first time there, I knew I wanted to come back every time. If you ever see their business as a food truck or at the farmers market, always get their food! Even if you stop by just to say hi, anyone is always welcomed with love and kindness.

I hired Roughedges Confectionery for my daughters’ bridal shower after sampling some of their treats at local events. They were not only beautiful but insanely delicious! Everyone at the event commented on her desserts saying they were not only gorgeous, but the best cupcakes, flourless chocolate bites and cookies they’ve ever eaten. Kai and her team went above and beyond to make the event perfect by being so easy to work with, displayed the desserts so beautifully and actually had a member of her team pick mint sprigs from her garden that I forgot to bring! I can’t say thank you enough for making the event just perfect!

I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Everything served is made with love on the premises by the owner-chef, Kai and her protégé, Marielle.
Honestly, I’ve hesitated to review this place because it deserves to be packed and, selfishly, I like that it’s a hidden gem. If you try this place once, I guarantee you’ll be hooked. So much better than any bakery/coffee shop in the area.
