Stopped by the drive through on the way back from the airport. In addition to my usual order I also got the Diablo Crispy Chicken Soft Taco which I couldn’t finish because the chicken tasted freezer burnt and had a horrible oily aftertaste. My usual order is the black bean burrito and it was alright but I couldn’t really taste the chipotle sauce and they weren’t a lot of beans. Otherwise the drive through service was really fast, the staff polite and they got my order all correct!

After spending 40.00 Janesha Frances was horrible She claims she has the title of a manager. She should have a title of a dishwasher. Her manager skills are off the wall horrible manager. She need to get reevaluated as soon as possible. She wouldn’t change two burritos that the store got wrong. they gave me beans with no beef and I told her to correct it and she’s fighting with me telling me to park for 10 or 15 minutes instead of addressing the issue and telling me to get out my car to come inside the store to talk talk for what you didn’t talk when you took my money..

The manger turns off the kiosk inside, they refuse to take your order at the counter, lady comes out the back door and yells it’s a 30-45 minute wait for FAST FOOD. People aren’t even competent enough to run a simple fast food restaurant. Horrible service. Make it way too difficult because they can’t handle the volume.

I went in to this location with bags to go to the laundry mat. I love taco bell. I asked the lady manager who took my order if i could have some change back in quarters… She rolled her eyes felt put out and said only a dollar as she broke a ten dollar roll. All i said was 3 dollars would b great if not no worries. So as i waited for my order i rinsed my personal bottle out w a swish of water and then grabbed my tea cup i also put ice n water in it. I went back to my table decided to put ice in my personal bottle and add more water to it The machine was off The lady was looking at me funny and and I asked the machine is off could I put some water in this she said as she looked at my table with my teacup will you just put mountain dew in that cup so I walked over to the table I grabbed my cup I brought it over to her and showed her my two lemon lift tea bags and the water in my cup she then acted rudely and stated that I could have some water and gave me a cup the size for a toddler with attitude as well so I decided to go back to the table and just relax when my food order was ready I went up grabbed my food I had paid I think $0.20 or so for the Verde salsa it was not on there she could not find the receipt I threw my receipt away and she felt put out to put Verde salsa as well I was wanting not to say anything but I decided to tell her that I think it was rude that she was profiling me because of the situation how I came in the way I was treated Customer service was ridiculous I felt like she thought she was better than me and that I was a nuisance to her
