Today my son, husband and I came into the restaurant for a normal buffet experience (we’ve been going there for years, have had a few issues) today during our stay I found what looked like to an eyelash or beard hair cooked into the garlic bread. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it so I brought it to the MOD. She apologized and gave me a punch card…. Really ? Yes because let me buy 2 more buffets for a $1 off -_- I will be calling corporate.

We are regulars at this Cicis Pizza location and have been coming for over 10 years. We came in tonight for a family dinner, and there was a new redhead employee working the cash register. When we got there she didn’t greet us, and she was rude when ringing us up. We ate there anyways, however when we tried to order a pizza she also continued to ignore us and then continued to aggressively hand us a paper so we could right down our order. Which is understandable however the attitude isn’t. She continued to chat with a coworker and even when it came to handing us our food she threw it on the front counter and had her coworker “please” bring it to us. The food was good as usual, but the employees were not the ones we usually encounter. We didn’t have an issue with any other employee, except for her. We sat in the front so we just felt uncomfortable the whole time as she would just give us side glances, and mean looks. We finished eating, and sat for awhile as we usually do. This experience here was one we’ve never had before, extremely disappointed.

The staff that attended to us was nice. I visited here with my children after shopping and of course they were very hungry and they enjoyed their lunch. Service was great and the environment clean. Will stop by here anytime I’m around. Nice place

If you have kids it’s worth it I’ll just say that and I used to love going when I was younger. You can’t really beat a pizza buffet with things to entertain and occupy your children as well I even join in on the games sometimes but it’s a treat I like to give my someone he does well with something and surprise him with a trip to CC’s every now and then, and I also like how the school’s partner up with them and they get free kids coupons with purchase of an adult It helps the budget out

Friday night. , Feb 27 between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm——I just witnessed one of the male employees working the buffet line pick up the pizza and move it from one serving plate to another with his touch ungloved hands 3 times and another female employee pick her nose standing at the buffet and then go right back to work refilling pizza on the line. Have some common sense people. You are working in food service!!!!

For anybody who lives in here in Madison, TN I 100% do not recommend you to ever eat Ci cis pizza in rivergate, tn the food is very mediocre the service and the atmosphere is trifling. 1. Ci ci pizza opens at 10:30am I went around 11:20 why is every table like literally every table either dirty or stacked with dirty plates and nobody is pulling them off the table or cleaning them off. The staff is just standing there not doing nothing standing like Deers in the headlight. I understand why people couldn’t throw there plates and cups in the bins because even the bin was over stacked with plates n cups like Ci cis what are y’all doing? This is trifling it’s not nasty it’s trifling. Why is the floor from the entrance to the game room it’s filled with trash like a tornado came thru in less than a hour. I lost my appetite and left because I was sitting at a table close to the game room close to the tv there was a staff member who came out with a bottle of cleaner I’m thinking he is about to clean the restaurant and the tables that’s filled with trash no the men starts to wipe down the games not the tables the games.. he got real close to my table spraying that bottle of cleaner I lost my appetite because I was smelling bleach. Any person with COMMMON SENSE would know not to spray cleaner where someone is eating that’s nasty like come on… ci cis pizza in rivergate used to be the best go to spot for a pizza buffet that was affordable. Now we paying $12.85 cents to sit in a pigsty. The whole staff including managers needs to be retrained. Before I went to the restaurant I read the reviews I thought they was lying no they are not these reviews really reflect how the restaurant is. It’s literally a dump. FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO EAT HERE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE GOING ITS NOT WORTH THE TRIP NOR THE MONEY PLEASE GO TO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY VALUE CLEANLINESS. The owner of this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves on how this buffet looks A Damn shame. I’ve been coming to this particular Ci Ci pizza since I was a kid and today has shown me I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS RESTAURANT EVER AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY. I really hope it’s sad to say but I really hope this buffet is the next place in Madison/ Rivergate Tn to be shutdown for something better. I wish I took pictures but the reviews on here really depict on what I seen this morning it’s sad. Small, but has potential. The pizza was good, when it was stocked. We got there about 30 minutes after opening. There were maybe 3 pizza choices. The alfredo sauce was cold and watered down. The cheese bread was great, as was the pizzas they finally put out.
Also, the ice on the coke machine wasn’t working right. Bad switch. Not a bad Cicis visit. I’d go again to retry. The price was great.

I’d leave negative stars if possible. Genuinely needs to be closed or have some serious reevaluation of staff. We couldn’t even eat because of how filthy the restaurant was. Every table in sight was covered with dishes and the floor was like wading through a lake of half eaten crusts. Then when looking at the actual buffet, there were THREEE pizzas out, with maybe 3-4 slices left. Keep in mind this was NOT a busy night. Maybe 8 customers in store. We got up and left. DISGUSTING

My stepson and his friends downloaded the app and went to have the Pizza buffet with coupons for new customers stating 4 guests at 2.99 each. When they arrived at this location they were told it was for only 2 people …they talked to the manager on duty and he told them they had to pay 49.00 for 3 people because the coupon was only good for 2 people. When they tried to show the manager what they read he said No…then they said they could each download the app and go that way. The manager on duty again said No either pay 49.00 or Get Out. A True manager would have assisted my stepson and his friends instead they lost 5 customers last night due to a manager not wanting to do their job. And now we Won’t be going back there and will be letting friends and family know about this incident.

The pizza was good the salad was okay. I really did enjoy the deep dish pepperoni. The employees were nice to me. The only thing I ask is to have pizzas ready and the bathrooms Clean. I had a good time there.
