Update: McDonald’s called me to make this right. First time that has happened. I am impressed they are trying to make this location better and care for their customers feedback!
Order food through the app while sitting in the parking lot, store pulls me to the side to tell me I’m waiting for my order to be made. Tell me why I live 2 minutes away from McDonald’s and by the time I got home my food was cold. Taking a guess by the hard buns on my double cheeseburgers and old looking lettuce on my McChicken that they gave me old food. Congratulations Davison Rd McDonald’s you have won the award for worse McDonald’s around. Must be super lazy workers there if you get handed cold food after making the customer wait 15 minutes for supposedly fresh food. Having to warm up my own food in the microwave after going out to buy it is crazy to me!

Saw this written on the board just inside the first window of the drive thru and actually thought it was funny at first until I saw how incompetent the workers are. I would have given zero stars but the least I could do was 1. It must have been everyone’s first day here. People were chasing each other in the back. Was handed the wrong food at the window, then told to pull up to wait for our food ( 7 minutes for 2 $5 meal deals). Told they waited for our “hot fries” as we were hurriedly handed our food that just had everything dumped out into the bag. All of the food was cold (including our “hot fries”) we waited 7 minutes for. We didn’t even get all of our food, 1 of the 2 small fries we should have gotten were missing.

I came through the drive-through tonight to order the six dollar quarter pounder meal with the code through the app. My code wouldn’t work. I even showed the manager the code with the deal she would not honor the deal was very rude. Disrespectful taught me she don’t have to do anything that’s the abs problem. I left without no food and will not be returning to this restaurant very unprofessional.

I ordered through the app specifically on the monopoly section to retain my pieces and both breakfast sandwich wrappers were missing the game pieces. I did talk to the manager and she replacing the pieces. Check your wrappers before you leave!

Looks can be deceiving. I was hesitant to stop in at this McDonald’s because of the location, but I stopped today for a cup of coffee. Service was fast except someone was meandering in the parking lot for coins in front of me so I couldn’t advance forward (which was very sad). The coffee cost $2.11. Why couldn’t the coffee cost an even $2.00? The coffee tasted a tiny bit burnt l, but was very hot. In terms of McDonald’s coffee, it was okay. I would stop here again during the day for coffee.

Ask for Xtra breakfast sauce got none. I thought you had to have at least graduated high school to work at McDonald’s I guess not. Check your food and your change if they can’t read I doubt they can do simple math either

Would give zero stars if I could, employee there was very rude to me and the person in the drive thru too! I ordered on the kiosk, wanted to pay cash and I go up to the counter and because she was there (said no words I didn’t even know she was taking a drive thru order) I said hi I need to pay for an order *says order number* and she said in a very rude tone “you’re gonna have to wait a minute” and told the person in drive thru she wasn’t talking to them, she was talking to me (also in a rude tone) very disrespectful to not just me but drive thru also.

This MacDonalds was absolutely extraordinary. The food was great. I personally got the McNuggets and fries. The fries I ordered were perfect, golden and delicious. The McNuggets in my opinion were even better. Crispy on the outside but still perfect cooked on the inside. The store was clean as well. There was also a play structure for the kid. I was quite small but did what it was supposed to do. Overall this McDonald’s was excellent!! 10/10 🙂
