We visited here today. And we were seated quickly even though they were pretty busy. Our server was good. The food was heat hot, but the flavor was bland. I had the breaded, bone in, lemon pepper, and habenero and garlic wings. My husband had the normal wet wings, and he thought they were just ok as well. My tropical margarita was ok as well.

Shorts are extremely unflattering and no hiring standards. Missing multiple things off the menu. Waitress and manager were great but why are these restaurants prioritizing to go orders in a place that is marketed as a sports bar with attractive women? At least there was sports…the home team getting washed

Just ordered food from here and I understand that they’re busy but what I received was unacceptable. I ordered the (6) smoked wings and only received 5. I guess they tried to count a wing tip as one and literally everything I ordered was cold. I picked it up from the restaurant and had to wait for it to be cooked there. Why would you play like that?

Barely hanging on. The management has changed over a year ago which was it’s demise. This location specifically looks to be in shambles to be honest.

Today, September 1, 2025 on my way back from the city to Gretna. I placed the order online for 10 chicken wings upon arriving at the location. I informed the young lady that I was waiting for a pick up hung out an additional 45 minutes for a total of Ramos an hour week just to pick up 10 wings. When the young lady at the front question to cook, About the status of my order they had my wings sitting at the area where the waitresses pick up food for customers who are going to be sitting in the restaurant. After I was given my order, I asked the waitress if I can have an extra blue cheese with my order where upon she informed me, it would be an additional cost Wow, after waiting an hour just for 10 chicken wings you bet I never be going back to this restaurant and I have been to many Hooters across the country wall business. By far. This is the worst experience I’ve had in the last of this location..
