Typically they do okay here but I had a bad visit on 10/2. Waited in drive through ~18 mins total, waiting on food at the window. Limited communication from staff, “it’s almost ready”, but no explanation or how close “almost” was. Unable to wait longer and had to ditch as we anticipated a shorter stop for food and needed to be elsewhere. Called SONIC customer service and were told we would be getting a call about the order. No communication yet. I’ve had one other lengthy wait at the drive thru window but this was a bit much. Communication and customer service would have led to a better experience.

Had problems hearing at speaker, repeating my order several times. I ordered 2 single sonic cheeseburgers, 2 large tea’s, he said 17 something but at the window after giving him coupons it was 8.03. 2 cars ahead of me and watch out for the curb in front of you as you leave window.

Horrible experience overall. I have waited over 15 minutes for TWO drinks everytime I’ve gone. Employees are rude, and do not care about their job or the customers they work with. There is zero reason for me to have such a negative experience every time I visit.

I get the super sonic breakfast burrito. Good stuff.
My only comment is that they could chop the jalapenos a little more. You tend to get none and then a whole mouthful.

So it’s been a bit since I’ve visited Sonic in Farmington…for a reason. Hasn’t changed since my last visit. Here’s a pic of the NEW Kings Hawaiian chicken club. Not like the picture on the menu board by far. I think someone sat on it before I got it. And it tastes mediocre at best. Maybe if the bread wasn’t over toasted. Not going back, I know why it’s been so long since I’ve been here.

We only ordered 2 milkshakes and they took forever and when they finally came to the window they said they were having problems with the shake machine. My shake was nasty, the ice cream wasnt even like ice cream it was half runny and half

So, while in drive thru trying to order over a system you cant hear, a very rude employee just came out asking about fries or tots. I let him know I couldn’t hear him at all. Obviously he couldn’t hear me either because I ordered fries. He said it was because the rain. He was rude, with an angry look on his face. It was very uncomfortable for my daughter, granddaughters, and nyself.
