The food here is perfectly fine, it’s McDonald’s. The issues here are with the staff, I’ve never seen a drive thru that’s constantly as long as this one is, and every single time I try to use it I have to pull into a spot to wait for my food instead of getting it at the window, but that’s honestly not the biggest issue here.
My wife and I have now experienced two times where we went in to get our food and the employees were screaming and swearing at the top of their lungs. The first time it happened, one of their employees was actually trying to get someone to go outside and fight them, no idea if the other person was an employee or a customer, but it made me uncomfortable and another customer left without her food. The second time one of the employees was swearing about one of the customers being difficult and talking about how they should have used birth control, but in a much nastier way I won’t type here.
The employees are out of control here and management clearly can’t do anything about it. We filed complaints about both issues and never received any sort of follow up.

Probably the worst drive through experience I’ve ever had. I went to get a burger a little bit later at night. I placed the order online and drove to grab it from the drive through. It took me over 40 minutes to get my food. There were only 3 cars ahead of me and it probably took me 20 minutes to even get to the speaker. I sat at the speaker waiting to order for another 10, and then had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for my food. When they brought it out, the order was wrong. I didn’t want to bother fighting it because I didn’t want to be trapped there for another half hour and the only thing missing was a freebie reward I had redeemed. I will not visit this location again.

Just to make everyone aware to start- Kennedy will be the worst place to come for food in all of Pittsburgh. This McDonald’s is the worst of the worst.
One time, my burger was cold. We said it wasn’t cooked at the window, because getting a cold burger, you just assume it’s not cooked. I’m not even joking- the girl touches the burger in the back and yells “it’s not not cooked it’s just cold!” Me and my mom drove off in shock and laughter because how could she not see the issue in that. We still laugh about it. But not in a good way.
There’s one guy who everytime we went, I order my stuff plain, and he will always put onions. He won’t add lettuce or mustard or anything else. But every single time he’s there, he puts onions on my burger. When we see him, we know to check because there will be onions. And everytime we are right. I don’t know why. We call him Onion Guy.
One time I got a burger and there was grease all over the package, it was slime, it was like… idk. Just the worst burger you’ll ever see.
Fries always suck. We knew to never order them because they are always cold, never salted, and like packing peanuts.
A lot of them are rude. Same as the Taco Bell in Kennedy, they will just have you sit in line and almost it’s like a wait out. They are seeing how long you can sit there before you finally just drive off. I’m fat and unhealthy and eat out a lot, and the service is so bad in Kennedy that THATS what’s making me consider caring about my health.
I don’t go anymore though. We will literally drive into Robinson. After the last time where they literally messed up our order so bad, it just all added up and we realized it’s just not worth going and dealing with it. It’s like 90/10 if you’re going to get good service and food. 90% of the time you’re not.
Again, if you read this; DO NOT EAT FAST FOOD IN KENNEDY.
Go to Robinson or Bellevue, it’ll be a much better experience. I think a big aspect is most people who work the fast food places in Kennedy are teenagers, and this generation of teenagers just does not care.
It’s wild.

This McDonald’s has turned terrible. When I had ordered delivery a week ago, my order wasn’t in their system after I had ordered the Grinch Meal. When they finally made my order, they didn’t even put my McShaker Fries in the bag. All they put was the dill pickle seasoning and the little bag that the fries were supposed to be in. No fries! Also, I didn’t receive the sauce I had ordered.
Today (12/8/25), I ordered the Grinch Meal through the McDonald’s app. It showed that it was available. After three different delivery drivers were assigned, I received a call from the third driver telling me that McDonald’s told him that the Grinch Meal was not available. Why didn’t they update their menu with that fact before I put the order in? I had no choice but to order a regular 10-piece nugget meal where I’d get an extra 10-piece for free. I ended up receiving the wrong order from them, filled with food and a Hawaiian Punch drink I did not order at all. I did not receive the food that I had ordered through the McDonald’s app. I received a completely different order with a completely different name on the receipt. I had to ask for a full refund on both orders.
I don’t know what is going on, but this McDonald’s on Pine Hollow Road has gone completely downhill. Always messing up on my orders, taking forever to even make my food, etc. As someone on the autism spectrum, this has completely upset me and messing up my routine. Going forward, I am never ordering from that specific McDonald’s ever again. I hope it gets shut down, to be honest.

I cannot stand this location. A smooth experience is the exception. More often than not or you’re met with long lines slow service and BAD ATTITUDES. . The latest is waiting 20 minutes for lukewarm food, having one of the young workers ignore you when you ask for ketchup then have another chastise you for daring to step a foot past the counter to get someone’s attention. Woman, there is no one at the counter and I just waited patiently for 20 minutes for my food and now you want to top off slow service with a crap attitude? Done with this place

The line for the drive thru is always long and it literally takes forever to get your food. Usually, there is at least 1 mistake made where an item has been forgotten causing me to have to go inside. The last time I was there my order was about $40, I paid with a $100 bill, they gave me a stack of 50 $1 bills for my change. I wanted to go ballistic. It isn’t possible they didn’t have the change considering the business that location pulls in.

Rick is manager of this place . Went for breakfast this morning, he had a rush as he should and he’s in there cussing up a storm angry to where the buns to my McMuffins when I got home were raw I had to put them in the oven, my breakfast burritos … the tortillas were raw and cold I had to also throw those in the oven because the cheese inside of them were clumps like it was barely cooked. The hash browns were perfect and the coffee was perfect. Everything else was raw and had to be reheated once I got home . The management sucks .

Paid extra for double lettuce tomato and pickle, received sandwich with no condiments or toppings. Went to the counter to ask for lettuce tomato and pickle, and the manager can’t even speak well enough to put a sentence together, ended up misunderstanding me and putting onions on my sandwich. I’m allergic to onions. Luckily I checked the sandwich before I bit into it.
It’s hot in here and everybody’s got a sour attitude. This place sucks

I usually don’t buy food from McDonald’s especially this one because it’s disgusting today it was more about the attitude given when I try to reach out in the driveway the young girl had an attitude not speaking clear and loudly for somebody to understand her but she had an attitude problem and when I pulled around to give him my card to pay she said to me “what did you say?” I did Express the she better not ever talk to me like that again and she acted like nothing has happened as if she was dumb. and typically in customer service you expect people to react professionally and say sir I’m sorry ma’am I’m sorry my mistake but she had an attitude about what I had told her and I said I’m three times your age watch how you talk to people just because you’re black doesn’t give you the right when I proceeded to the window they told me to wait up front to get my food and when they finally brought it to me the fries was soggy and cold and the Big Mac was dry and barely had any sauce on it I have not had experience like this next time I’m just going to go to Wendy’s which is right across the street you guys really need to pick better employees that girl if that was me she would have been fired on the spot. I will not tolerate taking attitude from my young punk who probably hasn’t even graduated from high school. not a good service probably the worst service I’ve ever received in a fast food restaurant
