In 1967, we opened our doors in Abilene, TX to share fresh, authentic Mexican food. Now, almost 52 years later, while the other guys have turned to packaged and processed foods, we’ve stayed true to our roots by crafting authentic recipes in each of our kitchens. Jay was awesome here. I have to say I hate chain restaurants normally, but this guy does his job well. Told him we were in town working on an Amazon install and would be here for a few days, and he said try these combos off our menu and let me know if you like them. He picked the good stuff let me tell ya.

This is hands down the best Taco Bueno I’ve ever been to. The employees are amazing! They make this location a welcoming and fun place to sit and eat. It has a relaxing atmosphere.

I have been very harsh on Buenos Corporate for the many bad decisions made – like Hours of Operation, Breakfast availability, Drink availability – like Dr. Pepper, etc. However, this location has nothing to do with that. I have always received good service here. The food has always been fresh and the staff have usually treated me well.

Had a serious craving for tacos and had to stop by get a couple of them! Been coming here for years and they’re always on point. So much better than Taco Bell! The folks here are always friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of food items at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend.
