We went here for a very special family occasion. This was a wonderful experience. The variety of food was simply superb. Mr. Tauseef took care of us throughout the evening. We were impressed with his computer level memory in absorbing the entire order, without a writing pad or a tab. An incredible experience. The variety of drinks offered was exotic and the food taste was excellent too. It would be advisable to book a table in advance if you are a group of six or more, but there is plenty of space.

This Indian restaurant is one of the best I’ve tried in the area. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the staff were very friendly.

We ordered Veg Manchurian — I really liked the gravy, though the Manchurian balls were a bit stiff. The Kadai Paneer was delicious; however, we ordered it spicy and probably shouldn’t have, as it turned out too hot with the extra red chili powder.

The naan and kulchas were excellent and paired really well with the mains. Overall, a great spot for Indian food with solid flavors and good service.

We tried the goat curry, biryani, chili garlic naan, and casatta — everything was delicious and bursting with flavor. The dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and served warm.

A big shout-out to Tauseef, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. He checked on us at the right times and made sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really stood out.

Highly recommend this place for both the food and the amazing service!

This restaurant is a GEM! Excellent delicious food (much better than in other Indian restaurants I ate over the years), very good service and pleasant atmosphere. We stopped by for lunch not expecting much and were very impressed. Generous portions, somewhat expensive, but absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this place if you enjoy Indian cuisine!

The newly opened Indian restaurant is fine, much better than Maharaja in Cambridge but still lacking a bit. They have an extensive menu with South Indian dishes that I haven’t seen before in Boston.

We had reserved a table for 4 in advance but when we arrived, we were seated in a separate empty section of the restaurant. We were offered a different table but still in the same section where the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The whole thing felt a bit weird.

The servers were polite, but the mains took forever to arrive.

We started off with Dahi Puri which was fine, but Madras Dosa & Company does a better job. Then we ate the Kaikari Kola Urundai, which divided the group but I enjoyed them. We also had the Gobi Manchurian and Chicken Manchurian. The gobi one was preferred but both the veg and non-vegetarians. The chicken one was rubbery.

For mains we had amritsari chole, dal makhani and paneer tikka masala. Chole were more like channa masala, totally different from their namesake, and what the same restaurant had served when we had visited 2 weeks ago. Paneer tikka masala was decent. When the server asks about the spice level, the spicy is proper Indian spicy. The dal makhani was too salty was consumption, and the server was happy to replace it. The second time around it wasn’t salty anymore but lacked any depth or flavor, we were too shy to complain again.

The kulfi falooda was delicious, and the filter coffee was pretty good.

Overall a decent experience, but they need to work on their flavours. Unfortunately, Indian food doesn’t get better than this in Boston.

Very flavorful food, well prepared and presented.
Gluten-free options available, plus accommodating of other dietary needs.
Service was a bit delayed (45mins) to take our dinner order. But once we brought it to their attention, they were prompt to bring out our entrees.
Overall ambiance is nice and place is spacious.

Rassa India is a newly opened gem in Waltham that brings modern Indian dining to life with an inviting atmosphere and an eye-catching bar counter. The ambiance is warm and elegant, perfect for both casual nights out and special occasions.

What truly stands out is their attractive bar stocked with a variety of Indian liquors – a rare treat. If you’re into beer, don’t miss the Indian Beer “Rupee” – smooth and flavorful, available in three unique variants.

As for the food – absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavor, served with great attention to both quality and quantity. Highly recommend the Indian burger (Vada Pav) for a flavorful twist, and end your meal with their melting-in-the-mouth Gulab Jamun – a dessert you won’t forget.

Perfect spot for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine near Boston. Will definitely visit again!
