Something needs to be changed with this location the food was horrible and my burger was burned to a crisp with char from the grill on the bottom of the patty.. and has not got any better and this used to be one of the best places to eat in bellefontaine but your lucky to even get a fresh bun from these people and I’m sick of the way this is happening to Wendy’s and whoever the management is is losing Wendy’s a lot of money and whoever changed the bacon needs fixed because it’s not the same bacon it used to be they switched to a cheaper discusting bacon…

I did a mobile order after get home from work. Burgers were right. Had to ask for my second drink, no ice in either. Then had to ask for my CHOCOLATE Thin Mint Frosty, no cookie bits and vanilla ice cream. It seemed like they were getting better but it looks like it was just a momentary improve and then back to the old ways. Seemed like the drive thru employee just wanted me out of there.

They changed the lettuce from romaine to shredded and this is now what you get on your sandwich barely any lettuce! This is unacceptable!!!! I’d rather have romaine then shredded. At least we actually got lettuce then. Its just like McDonalds now. I’m seriously considering never buying Wendy’s again. Plus the manager is a completely horrible lady who likes to threaten customers. Go elsewhere for food or you’ll just end up disappointed!!!!

We had a simple order for 5 to dine in. They kept forgetting items. They served a coffee that was cold and upon checking their coffee machine they found that it was off. Did they really not notice the cup wasn’t hot while they held it? Service was terrible but I can tell the male cashier was trying his best. We still left with a nice thank you while he replied “Yeah” lol, I sensed the attitude although they were the ones screwing up the orders. There was a family after us going up to the counter complaining they had missing items too. Also the place was nice and clean.

I see it a lot: “if I could leave zero stars I would” but for this location, it is absolutely true. The older gentleman at the drive thru cussed at me and was extremely rude. We contacted “corporate” and the manager responded and basically said he didn’t believe us because “that’s not like him.” Zero repercussion because that guy still works the drive thru. We drive to Marysville if we want Wendy’s.

Sat in line for 15 minutes with only one other person in line. So you would think you would get fresh food. Nope not here, this is what we get after sitting 15 minutes and can’t even give edible food it’s just pathetic, it’s something new everytime we come to this location. The burger bun was hard as a rock. The chicken nuggets were burnt and hard. The fries weren’t cooked long enough and it seems like all the food was just left over.

They didn’t have half the items I wanted. The man working drive thru was rude and unpleasant. He couldn’t take my order and I had to request someone else and ultimately ended up driving around to place my order. They were pouring 2 liters of soda into the drinks I ordered. I really like their sprite but not the store bought 2 liters, so this was disappointing and shocking. I’m guessing their drink machine broke? Overall bad experience, but it’s expected at this point. Not a fan of Bellefontaine Wendy’s. Decent food, bad service.

They have the longest wait time than any other fast food place I’ve been to. Consistently 15 minutes or more for your order to be taken and food. This is with just one or two vehicles ahead. Good thing they have chili or I wouldn’t come here.

Ordered two kids meals and 2 #1s
Took them 45 minutes to prepare the food. We ended up short one fry, one burger had hair in it, and all the food was lukewarm, and the #1s had junior patties in regular sized buns. By far the worst experience I’ve had since 2020. Probably won’t eat there again for a long while.

lol this location has more turnover than a pancake house. Hardly ever a rush to get things done, minimal cars in the drive thru, no one lining up in the lobby, yet machines are broke, and service is so slow and orders are frequently wrong. The franchise owner either struggles to find the right crew or just doesn’t care.
