This place is horrible. Ive watched the manager stand over his employees shoulders to make sure they don’t serve too much. I uber eats food last time and it was 25.00. When you food arrived it. Was.weak. super small amounts and way too many noodles. You’re panda express… not some fancy place. Its not what it used to be. Add something other than rice, chow mein, and 3 tablespoons of protein.

I understand they were busy and understand staffed but customer service can still be a priority. At first it was 5 minutes for chicken, then 8 then 3 more minutes jist for them to have to go back under the pressure. When it was ready they started other orders before mine and I already paid so I could be out after such a wait. No leadership was seen for these young kids. Fri, Feb 20 at 7pm. Why was there no manager?

Waited 25 minutes in the drive through at 4pm. I would expect slower service during peak lunch hours, but this delay made no sense, especially with at least six employees on shift. Once you enter the drive through, there is no way to exit since it is a single lane. Fortunately, my schedule was flexible, but waits like this make it nearly impossible for anyone on a timed lunch break. Large orders should be directed to pull forward or park to prevent delays for everyone else. I did not even see anyone with large orders, though.

Quick service and pretty good and tasty food. For about 13$ I got 3 entrees and chow mein noodles that were filling and tasted great. In the pic shown is mushroom chicken, grilled teriyaki chicken and kung Pao chicken. I used the drive thru but they have dine in as an option too. I recommend trying Panda Express!

Management here isn’t what it was. They said it would be 4 min wait on fried rice and I had to go back in after it had been almost 20 min!! Filled out a survey on the receipt also so they can do better during lunch rush.

Very bad service. Incredibly slow even for a single item that is available, and will charge you for things they are out of and you will have to repeatedly ask them for a refund after refusing other random items they try to get you to buy in its place. They will also charge you for a bag and then not give it to you. The Manager/supervisor lady that was there was very rude and unhelpful.

For the third time today, Panda Express messed up my order. The first two times were delivery- once they forgot an egg roll which was fine, I let it slide. Second time they forgot both of my entrée’s, I only received chow mein. I called the restaurant to let them know and their only solution was to have me come in to the restaurant to pick up my meal which was out of the question at the time. Today, they forgot an entire meal in my drive through order. Unfortunately for me, my child was supposed to make sure all of our food was in the bag which she didn’t so I got home to find it missing. Called the restaurant again, was told to come in for my food. Drove the 15 minutes back to Panda, waited in line yet again, received my missing meal but they couldn’t have cared less about trying to make it right even when I told them the issues I’ve had with orders. I wouldn’t be as irritated if they’d made some effort to make it right, mistakes happen. So, fair warning, if you want to be sure your meal is correct or is complete you need to watch them make your food in store. Or just skip Panda Express in the Valley which is what I’ll be doing in the future.

They are always busy and the food is good but sometimes the drive up is so busy they can hardly keep up. The people have always been great!
My only gripe this past visit, change. I tend to pay with cash and the bill was $22.11. My change from 25 bones was $2.85. I get it, the stopped making pennies but according to Google, there are still about 114 billion in circulation so why short me 4 cents? The rules of rounding would dictate my change should have been $2.90. If you are in such a hurry to kill the penny, at least don’t use it as an excuse to cheat on change.
