Love the vibe here!! Definitely has style and comfort with mostly booth seating around the perimeters. We ordered the soon tofu soups which came out boiling & steamy, and they added an egg to each one. The mushroom one had plenty of mushrooms, and the beef one had generous amounts of meat. These came with rice and multiple authentic tasting sides. Overall, a very relaxing enjoyable meal in a warm atmosphere. Service was efficient. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. There is also a partially private side room that can accommodate a large party.

Love Gogi!! It is the only authentic tasting Korean food we’ve had since coming back from our trip to South Korea, and it’s been the 7th time we’ve come back to this restaurant in the past three months. Me and my family love the variety of the menu and especially love their bossam! (Which I sadly don’t have a picture of but trust when I say it’s delicious and filling)!

Not from the Arizona area, but still a professional when it comes to eating good Korean food! I was really glad that the area had something so convenient for me to enjoy, along with the flavor being there! I thoroughly enjoyed this family’s restaurant, I felt that the food was not oily and relatively well portioned for the price.
The restaurant is clean, there is lots of seating, the menu is straightforward.
This is just a personal preference, but I was a little bit sad that they didn’t have any Korean sides.
I would have really enjoyed some kimchi or even some radish has an optional side.

Yesterday, I had dinner plans with my friends, and when I arrived at the restaurant, I was greeted with the most wonderful surprise—a beautifully prepared party filled with so much love that made me feel truly happy and cherished. I’m so grateful to all the staff at Gogi for offering us the table for such a long time during a busy weekend, for saying “congratulations” to me over and over, and for their amazing service that touched my heart. The food was absolutely delicious, and as always—since I’ve been here many times before—Gogi remains one of my favorite places. Thank you so much!

We got the japchae, so-tteok so-tteok, and it came with banchan and white rice! The japchae is korean glass noodles and beef bulgogi. So-tteok so-tteok is rice cake and sausage in a delicious sweet and spicy sauce. The banchan was kimchi, veggies, a fish or eel, and jalapeños.
Very tasty! Photos courtesy of my child who could not wait to get home to eat.

I would have given 5 stars but I felt misled at menu prices. I know the menus on Google aren’t recent so I checked their website. I thought ok this is reasonable prices so I opted to go here instead of acye BBQ. When I sat down however it turns out that majority of entrees were $4-5 more than their website which disappointed me because my son wanted Korean BBQ buffet and this pretty much ended up being the same price. There’s better food and cooked by chefs vs yourself so it warrants a decent price however I don’t like being surprised. The decor is nice and you can tell it’s a mom and pop shop. The manager or owner was kind in comping our soup because it was way too salty and gave us complimentary cider and apologized. I didn’t want to make a big deal and didn’t tell him about saltiness until he asked. So it was nice he made things right. Overall the food was good.. the galbi was seasoned right but half the portions I was expecting. I just had some at a Vietnamese restaurant the day before for more than half the price for that portion. It would be nice if the banchan included jap chae like other Korean restaurants..overall food solid. Price could be more competitive but most importantly update it on the Website..im posting pictures for others to know current prices. Also my daughter ordered crispy chicken but it’s way too hard and you don’t taste soft chicken just hard crispy dough. Bulgogi and galbi were solid and pork belly was a bit salty. Needs a little more sugar or flavor

The menu and the picture on the wall are not matching. We ordered the hot stone bibimbop and it doesn’t have meat as the picture describes. All vegetables.. and you have to pay extra for the meat.
