The place was filthy Friday night. All the tables were dirty with food left on them. The garbage was overflowing and there was blood on the door. We only noticed that when we left. The fish burger was cold. The fries were hot. the young lady who brought it to our table was very polite.

Alr listen the food at McDonald’s is amazingly good but my problem is that every god damn time I order here they mess up my damn order. It’s like I ask for a plain double or normal cheeseburger and then they give me it with everything I didn’t ask for on it. And I know that they make burgers in advance to make the time for us to get our food faster but I’d rather wait and get my food right than get it fast and have it wrong. The condiments on the food added to the burger just honestly makes me want to puke up the food out and I am mostly talking about them onions they make me absolutely sick. some of y’all would tell me to ask them to fix the burger but some of us aren’t that talkative or we don’t like to speak out so I don’t and I know that’s my fault but cmonnn I should get the food right the first time. I mean this with the utmost respect to y’all workers but please try and get our order right I try to make it easier for y’all to make me/others a plain with nothing burger but y’all just make it harder for yourselves and add everything on it so, please just try and get outlr orders right before handing it to us thank you

prioritize quantity over quality. dont care about their customers.. you can tell these nuggets were left over from a past order, and they just put on fryer to heat them up again to give out so they don’t come up short on merchandise. whoever thought this was a great idea, hope u get that same treatment

Went in expecting a delicious sausage and egg McMuffin only to get a meal I wouldn’t even feed the stray dogs in my neighborhood. My egg had some green slime inside that I consumed and got sick for 4 days with diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. They gave me a replacement McMuffin that I took to go, it was the same if not worse quality. Honestly if your feeling daring and want an excuse to not go to work for a few days then eat here but if not I would highly reccomend taking your business elsewhere I’m surprised this place is still open and operating.

Terrible service. They messed up my order, then refused to exchange it. Instead, they took the food I PAID for, threw it in the trash, and gave me NOTHING back. No refund, no replacement, just a “credit for another day.” Why would I ever come back after being treated like that? They basically stole my money and wasted my time. If you value your money or your order being correct, don’t even bother ordering here. Absolute joke of a business.

I ordered on the mobile app for breakfast, was charged for the order and drove to pick up my order. when I get their they tell me my order was not ready because they get the order when you arrive and that they don’t sell breakfast no more . Very bad I ordered my daughter and sons grinch meals over an hour ago and I get a msg one hour later they canceld my order already Been charged from my credit card right when I was about to pick it up, they were still selling grinch meals. I was right there and they told me that they ran out.
