Outstanding experience at Chili’s in Salem, NH. From the moment we walked in, the host was incredibly welcoming and even opened the door for me when my hands were full, which was a very thoughtful touch.
Our server Cory and the general manager Joe provided some of the best hospitality and customer service I’ve ever experienced. We have a serious dairy allergy, and they both took the time to carefully go over the allergy chart with us so we could be confident about what was safe to eat.
Joe, the general manager, personally prepared a special side of chicken without dairy to make sure the meal was safe for us. That level of care and attention is something you rarely see, especially at a busy chain restaurant.
Cory, Joe, and the rest of their team truly went above and beyond to make the experience easy and welcoming. Management and corporate should be proud of the team at this location. We will absolutely be back.

I haven’t been to a Chili’s in probably 15 years and it’s just like I remember. Vaguely Tex-Mex, super “chain restaurant” vibes, service was good but food is frozen.
If you know what to expect, it hits every mark. I enjoyed my Cajun pasta (not texmex by the way) and the app as well. The dishes didn’t look like the pictures in the menu, but again, expectations.

We had an amazing experience placing a catering order for a baby shower. The general manager was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The customer service exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Not only was the food delicious, but the care and attention we received made all the difference. The mama-to-be was absolutely thrilled to have her favorite Chili’s dishes at her baby shower! One of the worst experiences ive ever had. Ive always loved chilis but that was the last time my family and i will be going. The food was mostly horrible and it was outrageously expensive. The buffalo chicken came out dry, looking like its been sitting on a counter for a day. The egg rolls weren’t crispy like they used to be. Pretty sure they were both old and microwaved. Two mixed drinks were incorrect (not a huge deal but still) and my girlfriend got sick from eating whatever she got and we (4x ppl) only had one round of drinks and it was about $180. If i knew it was going to be that much, i would have gone somewhere actually nice. Been going to chilis most of my life so this sucks but the good days of chilis is now just a thing of the past.

The food was really good! The chicken crispers were really crispy and offer a variety of different flavors to choose from. They aren’t to spicy so don’t be afraid to try a spicy one. The chips and salsa to start cost money but you can waive that fee by signing up for their email thing. The margaritas were good, but very sweet and small. Overall really good food!

You can’t go wrong at Chili’s for a standard lunch or dinner, especially with kids. Food is reliable and actually quite good for a chain. The chicken crispers and hamburgers are quite good. Kids are always happy with either the mac and cheese or chicken.
