Updating my previous review — I’ve noticed improvement since my last visit.
The food continues to be hot, fresh, and great-tasting, which I really appreciate. Portion sizes were also a pleasant surprise this time.
Customer service has improved compared to before, so I’m updating my rating to reflect that — now 4 stars for service. There’s still some room for better hospitality and courtesy, but the progress is noticeable and appreciated.
Keep the fresh food coming, and hopefully customer service continues to improve!

If I could give it a zero I would. Came inside to pick up and order and 1. It took forever to get my food, and 2 the blonde older lady behind the counter making the burgers had NO GLOVES ON! I’m sorry but if you’re making my food I would prefer you to not make it barehanded. Disgusting!!

So first off, I work at Starbucks so I know how stressful it can be with window times and all. But today this bigger woman with blondish hair took my order at the box, told me my total was 12 something… and then when I get to the window this same rude lady asks me what my order is and I have re-order at window while this lady rudely addresses me with a harsh tone. I about drove off. Now when I got my order, I looked at the receipt, and noticed that she rung up a combo separately and over charged me. When I came inside to address the situation she just stood in the corner, quietly proud of how horrible she is at her job. I explained to them that I was overcharged and thankfully the manager compensated me but… that bigger girl with blondish hair (she had highlights maybe? Like a dye fading from her hair). I’m not sure but the way she talked to me… I definitely had to calm down. My finance calmed me down before addressing the situation. Because I haven’t dealt with such rudeness at all drive thru window.

My Dbl Meat Jr. Burger was delicious! Service was great and so friendly and efficient. I had not been to Burger King in a while. I enjoyed stopping there on my way home leaving OKC.

Me and my friends went here around 10pm this girl took my order and was extremely rude, we asked for one minute and she rudely said okay then we sat for about a minute and she came back on felt as if we were rushed. She then said to pull up to the first window and gave us a dirty look. Then said to pull up to the bush and took a very long time to bring it out while it was not even busy. We checked our food and got many things wrong. The food was disgusting as well the fries had NO seasoning and the burgers were soggy like it’s been sitting out for a long time. we then went in and got our food back and only got one of each sauce when asked for more. She was then again rude.

I’m elderly and took slightly longer than usual doing #2. I guess, because I also was carrying a backpack, paranoia was triggered in the employees. 1stly, there mens room was locked. Then, while nearly finished, someone began behaving as though desperate to use the toilet. I gradually raised my voice saying, “occupied.” When it was at a volume that couldn’t have gone unrecieved, I was told, “you’d better hurry-up and get out of there.”

The fries were fresh and hot, the burger was made hot and fresh. The restrooms were super clean. The best and freshest BK I’ve had in a long time. Only negative the soda machine was broke. Yummy.

Went in for lunch and apparently they ran out of fries and onion rings at the same time…I’m not to sure how that happend at a place that serves fries with everything but the only thing I can think of is that someone in management didnt do their job….besides that they also hot what I was able to order wrong and ended up putting two little patties in my whopper instead of the regular one I guess they ran out of those too and the buns were not their normal buns all in all horrible experience…that burger doesn’t even look like a whopper
