this is the second time that this popeyes had given me an expired juice box for my 1 year old. Luckily I taste everything before I feed him, I tasted this and instantly tasted MOLD!!!! This is so dangerous especially being these are meant for littles. Do better!!!! Todays date is 12/12/25 so the box is 2 months past expiry.

I spent $30 today I have visit this location a lot since moving to Paducah and I kid you not every visit my order is wrong or I’m missing items. I visit this location last week and I don’t get what I order I call speak to the GM she said she would replace the items I’m missing and I go today and the young man at the window told me there is no way they can do that. I said okay whatever I get my food I pull forward to check considering I’m always missing things, and I didn’t receive none of my sides or sauces. I tried to go in the door is locked can’t go in so I had to stand at the window told get assistance. I was very upset but I was very nice he gave me my stuff and tried to keep my receipt so I had to wait at the window for the man to give me my receipt. I will not be back to this location at all. It’s never going to get better!!!

I went there to get a Freddy box and was told they’re not doing it anymore, but it’s all over they’re menu & advertising it. I ended up with a 3pc tender box. The tenders were cold & rubbery, the biscuit was burnt. This is not a good Popeyes!! The people are short tempered & rude. Don’t bother with this Popeyes!!

Wanted to sell me a large drink but I bought a medium one. Went to get soda and found out their dispenser had been out of service for awhile. Why upsell soda when your dispenser doesn’t work? Chicken was way overcooked. Biscuit was dried out. Can’t get dark meat on a big basket either.

715 pm Wednesday September 24th waited 30 minutes for my food in the lobby three original thighs mac and cheese small drink and a extra order of red beans and rice…. I started to go to waffle House I wish I would have..$14 and some odd cents later cold chicken the red beans was halfway filled up the biscuits that we were supposedly waiting so long for me and another customer….. Was cold….definitely didn’t just come out of the oven…. Save your money worst Popeyes I’ve been to… In all my 53 years… There was another guy my age or older in their complaining that his wife’s Sunday order was messed up and he was promised to be made whole…. By some manager on Sunday… I guess he returned on Wednesday night just to be not satisfied no receive any justification on his messed up order on Sunday…. I won’t be back unless I forget too many youngsters in there.. I almost forgot I told them I was dying in and they still put my food in a box and a bag….

Paid nearly $29 for food, waited only to be told sorry we don’t have the food you ordered but we can give you the food for your husband. UGH! Why wouldn’t you know that before I ordered? We’re traveling and this took 20 mins of our travel time without have food. We canceled to the order but because we were given cup we had to be charged for the drinks, guess it’s fair since we filled the cups thinking we would be served food!

I’m in shock. The original chicken 12 was as small as Cornish Hens. Not sure what seasoning was used but it wasn’t original from the last time I visited this location. Wasted almost $40. Don’t waste your here.

I attempted to use the coupon for the survey I gave, which was for a “2 piece chicken and a biscuit for free with purchase of large drink.” When I attempted to use this, the manager (who would not give me his name only that he is “the owner’s son”) said that the 2 piece did not come with a free biscuit. We attempted to show him the receipt where it says the biscuit is free, and he would not come to the window to even look at it, only to yell back at us that it was not included. We asked for his name and was told “he is the owner’s son”. The gentleman at the window said that “the owners son” said that if we didnt stop, then he was going to kick us out (stop what?) After we noticed the “owners son in the background getting hateful, I decided to begin videoing. The way this manager acted, was the most unprofessional I have ever seen a manager act in my entire life. Absolutely uncalled for. By reading comments, it seems that the biscuit is left off of other meals and it seems that the ownership throws people out for virtually nothing. A customer pays for food and when Popeyes doesnt deliver the food, the customer gets thrown out??? What kind of business are you running? Maybe “the owners son” needs a little training (or a lot of training) on customer service??? Please see the attached photo showing exactly how the coupon reads.

They don’t know the difference between bone in or tenders! Ordered tenders, got bone-in. They blamed it in being short handed…. but yet there was 2 cooks, a cashier, a Drive-Thru cashier, and 3 people preparing orders! It also was not busy! Ride service! Definitely has gone down hill!
