Best golden onion rings I’ve ever had. Great portions!! Very presentable very fresh. The meat is very juicy very fresh delicious. Perfect burger. The service here is quick and friendly. Our meal came out within less than 10 minutes. I recommend honey barbecue onion burger. And the bacon avocado burger. You guys are looking for a good lunch or breakfast I recommend this place come now for this delicious food.

I had the most incredible dining experience at this IHOP! The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Our server Claudia was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The atmosphere was inviting yet comfortable. I can’t wait to come back and try more items from their menu. Definitely a new favorite spot! And a very special thank to the Manager Ignacio for taking care off all our needs in the front .

I love coming to this Ihop. Lety my favorite server always ready to serve us and makes us feel like family. She always goes out of her way with every table she serves. I always ask for her because I love her service, she’s very knowledgeable and very efficient. Thank you Lety for always assisting with a great attitude. Without a question the breakfast items are the best part on their menu. When it comes to lunch avoid anything that has fried chicken (too much salt). The service is slow, period. Tried 2 different times after a bad experience, they make you wait. The waiters are not quick to offer refills but do have enough time to joke around in the kitchen. Word of advice: just because you throw innapropiate jokes in a different language doesn’t mean your customers can’t hear them, lower the volume, the jokes among coworkers are hilarious, too bad they aren’t appropiate for the workplace.

The service we experienced during our visit was by far the worst I have ever encountered at an IHOP. Our party consisted of only three people, yet we waited over an hour and a half for our food. During this time, we observed several other parties who were seated after us receive their meals before we did.
In fact, at least two other tables were served, finished their meals, and left before we even received our food. The restaurant was not busy at the time, which made the delay even more frustrating and difficult to understand.
This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We expected much better service, especially given the circumstances, and it significantly impacted our visit.

Amazing clean restaurant, the most delicious food. The service is 100/100 the guy with the great spider tattoo is so friendly and nice, it almost make you feel like your eating at home. He tries to give you the best service and he succeeded.
The food is so fresh and great temperature.
I totally recommend it. Is by far better than a lot more other shops in San Diego and Chula Vista area.

Best breakfast in town! I’ve been to this location several of times with my family of 4 and its been a pleasent experience every time. Our servers have been Giselle and John. They always greet us with a great smile, happy to be coming back. My kids look their french toast! Thank you ihope for the great service your staff provide. They never dissapoint.

A certified rathole. I visited on Wed, 9 April for breakfast. Why I even stayed one minute defies logical explanation. I guess I was trying to give them a chance. The moment I entered this place, I knew something was wrong. No hostess to seat customers. Had to wait a few minutes til the waiter motioned us over to a two seat booth but it was all wrong. Underneath the seat was left over food debris from the previous customers. Nasty! You’d think they would clean up all around once customers finish eating. Apparently not. Not just that, the floors were all dirty too. I have pics. But I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Only one waiter on duty minus kitchen staff. Thinking about it, he was probably the owner doing waiting duties. Talking about being cheap. Service was a bit slow too. Once our order arrived, that was another disaster. Already feeling disgusted by the lack of cleanliness and hygiene, the food wasn’t any better. I ordered a ham and cheese omelette. The moment I bit into it, I knew I made a mistake coming here. It tasted like I was eating powder. Made my stomach churn. I was actually glad when the check came albeit slow just to get out of this rathole. This IHOP did a major disservice to IHOP’s brand. I certainly won’t be returning to this place, run down that it is.

I came here with my daughter for dinner for breakfast and the service was great and we really enjoyed our food. The biggest issue I have is that the bathroom is disgusting. I took a video of how nasty the sink is. I know that it was about 5:00 or 6:00 at night and maybe some of that stuff was there throughout the day, but the bathrooms need to be cleaned more frequently, especially with all the down time they had because we were literally the only other people there aside from another party and then three more parties came in after us. I get that maybe some homeless people sneak in there to clean themselves up, but it’s ihop’s responsibility to keep everything clean.
