I’ve been here a handful of times specifically to let my kids play on the Play Place. That area is always clean, and there is plenty of space to spread out, eat, and let the kids play. There is also a bathroom in the Play Place area so we don’t have to use the rest of the restaurant. Since I come here to let my kids play, it doesn’t bother me that the food takes longer to prepare than other fast food places in the area. They always bring it to us, and haven’t made a mistake on the orders in the few times I’ve been here. People have been polite, I often see employees wiping tables and sweeping.
If I was in a hurry, this wouldn’t be the place I’d go. (For example, I ordered four sausage egg McMuffins and four hash browns this morning and it took me 20 minutes after placing the order to receive the food.)

This is the ONLY location in Newport News I order from. My preferred time is DAYTIME. I’ve done evening/night and it’s NOTHING like day shift. Night shift needs some MAJOR WORK. I understand it’s fast food however most employees on night are younger and rather chill on their phones rather complete orders correctly and in a timely manner. I have a big family so the points through the mobile app helps alot. Late nights food is cooked to order. Stop by during lunch or LATE night …evening shift NO.

Something is almost always missing from my deliveries. Which causes me to have to report the issue with the delivery service, then do a reorder for the missing items. It’s tiring. Is there no one checking / double checking the orders and receipts to make sure that everything is included? Thank goodness the food is good. And thank goodness the delivery service offers top notch service.

Stopped here before a 3 and a half hour drive home after coaching a hockey game. Had to wait a couple minutes, but got the freshest and most crispiest nuggets and fries I’ve ever had in my life from McDonald’s. I never write google reviews, but whoever is working the night shift here deserves the world because that was the best McDonald’s I’ve ever had in my entire life

This one of the most unprofessional rude McDonald’s I’ve encountered & it’s very embarrassing. First off pulling up to the window to obtain the meals I’ve paid for they don’t greet you or anything just ” here you go” which is unacceptable then I wait for 5-10 at the window for my food only for it to be cold!!!!!! Burgers and fries for each meal which I find pathetic!!!! Then when I got home which is only 3 minutes away I got home to extremely cold food and I cold not being rude or nasty to only receive nasty attitude from the manager “jasmine” I called and said may I speak with a manager only for her to say it is one you speaking with in a very aggravated tone so I then explain about my food being cold with the exception of it being warm once I’ve sit and waited at the window for my food for approximately 5-10 expecting warm fresh food to only get home to come and she wasn’t apologetic at all she simply asked if I wanted a remake not taking inconsideration that I’ve sat and waited 5-10 minutes not only that I’ve paid to get warm food! & I had already made it home .. I felt that was completely wrong and I felt brushed off which is why I am going to call cooperate and make sure there is no other family coming spending there hard earned money getting COLD FOOD & BAD SERVICE! Maybe you all should retain the people you all have in place for the management team because it sucks feeling like they don’t care about the food or maintaining good service . Lucky I wasn’t a audit you all would’ve lost serval points and would’ve been in big trouble! Do better!

I just left this place got home spent 11 something on a meal and every single French fry is unable to be eaten they are soggy cold and salted so bad I would not even feed them to my dog. Please explain how it so hard if I’m paying so much for this food for it to be this crappy.

In a second to arrive a welcoming candid smile. This lady show me how to use the electronic machines. I Order bymyself and was fast and accurate and then the massive super wonderful clean and neat PLAY YARD with his own bathroom. Definitely a nice play where to eat in affordable price with the babies.

Disgusting bathroom conditions. Service was TERRIBLE! ordered 2 spicy snack wraps and got 2 ranch ones. And cold fries. Last time I came in before that. Took them 45 minutes for a happy meal and a large fry. This mcdonald is absolutely trashy. Workers won’t come to help you until you stand for 15 minutes or yell to get someones attention. Worst mcdonald’s I’ve ever been in.
