From my husband himself: “I cannot believe how devoid of seasoning this is.” He’s not lying. This was, by far, the blandest, and most flavorless fajitas I have ever had. There was not an ounce of seasoning, I am so sorry. And for $60, that was not what I was expecting. The man was friendly and playful, so even though the restaurant was empty, he was nice. But, wow. I am sorry, this was no bueno.

I never ate here before. We were going for Taco Tuesday’s.
I love love love the food at La Casitas in Victorville. First of all we waited at our table 10 minutes before some even gave us a menu and asked what we wanted to drink. We asked 3 times for more chips, never got them until much later.
We waited another 15 minutes before they took our order. When I asked Daniel our server to help us as he ran by our table, I said we have now waited over 25 minutes to get our order taken. Daniel said, “I was helping a $300 order!” No “I am sorry!” Did that mean our order was insignificant to him?
Salad came 10 minutes later with gigantic lumps of cheese. Normally id love this but it was sloppy.
22 more minutes after our salads were served our lunches were served. So we waited over an hour for our lunch.
Beans were absolutely delicious. I can’t tell you about my lunch because I ate way too many chips waiting for it
It took another 20 minutes for us to get our bill after we were through eating.

La Casita is the perfect spot for a good breakfast or brunch after a morning at Ashwood. Stopped by Saturday morning and enjoyed a delicious serving of Chile Verde with rice and beans and an albondiga soup to kick off the meal. My wife had had the Machaca served with homestyle papas and fresh flour tortillas. The meal was amazing, the place is great with their beach vibe decor and lively music. The staff took care of us and was very friendly.

I was there with my daughter for more than one hour, enjoying some beef meet in Chile Rojo, and it was delicious. She got a pollo con mole plate, plus a couple of margaritas. It was a good time, I fully recommend it for the whole family or if you just need to have a good time with friends. It’s the best place ever.

I went to try their carne asada fries. Called for a pickup order and they were super quick with it when I arrived. However, restaurant is pretty dark, they weren’t organized when it came to charging me (they just kept letting a bunch of people go in front of me in line??). They gave practically no fries or flavoring and it’s SUPER greasy, doesn’t come with sour cream or anything else on top (just meat cheese and fries?) just not somewhere I would go again. Staff was nice though. I feel like I’m drinking oil. Fairly disappointed
