Stopped in for a quick bite before a movie. Always order the same thing as I am a creature of habit. The girl behind the counter was rude to the people that were ahead of me and gave out very little of anything on the bowls they ordered. Next it’s my turn to order….as I said I always get the same thing. Tell her “I would like to get a bowl please” to which she replied “what kind of rice”! I tell her “ I would like brown rice, and pinto beans”. The serving size was about as minimal as you could have gotten and been overcharged for there at this point. Then…..as I am not a big meat eater I say “ I would like to have a little bit of the juice from the Barbacoa” to which her response is…”I can’t do that”. Ummm hello that’s how I always get it. And that’s what I tell her. She very shortly says “ if I give some of the juice that is in the bottom then the meat will go dry”, my thought is make some more. Not that hard and I didn’t want every ounce of juice you have. So rather than getting something I was really looking forward to I simply said “ I’m not eating here, sorry for the inconvenience”. The person at the register was very apologetic and I told her not to worry about it, that the person serving needed an attitude adjustment and clearly doesn’t know how to speak to people and treat them while they were ordering food. I go to sit down and wait for the rest of my party to sit down and here the manager say “what is going on to the server” they tell him and he says “you just make more”…… no kidding who would have thought. So the person at the cash register comes up to me with a small container of the juice and says “ is this what you would like” and I tell her that “yes that was what I had wanted but I did not order any food and refused to do so because the person serving had me all frazzled and out of sorts”. And again thank you for trying to clean up her mistake. So when the 2 others I was with sat down we decided just to leave and they would eat in the car. Needless to say the Chipotle in Avon across the street from Best Buy had lost my business, and that to me is sad because I really liked going in that one. So unless you want to pay top price for minimal food and be talked to like you are dirt, I’d stay away from there.

After working a long shift today I was looking forward to a delicious and filling meal from Chipotle. Instead I received this disappointing and sloppy “salad” As you can see the main ingredient of a salad is nowhere to be found. This looks like it was thrown together in a rush with no care for presentation or the customer’s experience. The cheese is just dumped on top, the steak pieces are dry but somehow undercooked at the same time. There are very small traces of what was supposed to be rice and beans. The sour cream was literally sour??? The whole experience was unappetizing and I do not recommend anyone to visit this location. For the price and reputation of Chipotle, I would expect a better-looking and more thoughtfully prepared meal. Definitely not impressed!
Now, after I was supposed to be relaxing after a long day, I am having to leave my home yet again to look for a decent meal!

Brandi & the new team member that served me were Amazing! Very friendly, fast & extremely professional! I ordered 3 chicken tacos & a chicken bowl for a little under $21 and they were Fabulous! Kudos to you Brandi! Great job Chipotle!

The food and vegetables at this location are prepared in high amounts of salt. I ate here earlier tonight and ordered a vegetable bowl. I requested extra peppers and onions on the side, as well as my guacamole on the side. When I began to eat the peppers and guac, it literally tasted like I was eating pure salt. This defeats the purpose of eating healthy and trying to maintain a low sodium diet. Lay off the salt! Seriously!

I was going in for a take out order and a young man was told there’s nothing they can do for a messed up order sent him to the side and ignored him yes I wanted my food but they did not treat all their customers the same they said there’s nothing to be done the order was already picked up he tried to reason I was the next up and they forced him out of line and acted like he wasn’t there I can’t support a business that only treats at the time customers right I can’t eat there again I’m genuinely scared to place a carry out order after watching that and they thought it was ok. Everyone saw that I will find a new chain to go to. I’m seriously worried about ordering to go because once you’re out the door they do not care and treat you like nothing if I want something like that again I will go to Qudoba don’t want to get the wrong order and be the one in the wrong

In the dark gloomy world very few times do I ever get a “thank you” or we appreciate you anymore. Tonight after working, I needed something good to eat so I stopped by Chipotle to pickup a meal to take home. I was in full police uniform and it was a real surprise to find out this is one of the very few places left in the world today where the staff still provides a “thank you” “we appreciate you” along with a kind discount.
Over my 30yr career it’s been depressing to see discounts fade away and has always disappointed me at the restaurants that wouldn’t even give public service the same discount as their own issued coupons—
WOW this place brought me a smile and wanted to write about the AMAZING experience —–
I recommend to all Law Enforcement that they can eat here and feel welcome and appreciated. Chipotle is definitely stepping-up and making a big statement to support public safety – and for that I personally will always honor them and will be ready to serve them by spreading positivity and returning often to check on them when on duty.
The food is fabulous, the staff great- I can’t think of a better place that I now wanna support and help spread the word – that this is definitely the best fast food place that exists in the US today.

They completely messed up every single thing I ordered called me a liar and made fun of me said there’s no way to look it up I offered to show them everything and the manger told me to get away to the side so they can help real customers I didn’t want to fight so I did however, they never said another word to me made me wait just standing there and the manager gave me a mean threatening stare for trying to get my correct order I called the other location in Avon because they wouldn’t give me a cooperate number and they actually cared and they didn’t even mess it up, this location has a very rude and threatening manger who claims she’s the manager but can’t give me their name or the cooperate phone number very weird if you mess something up just fix it I offered to go back home and bring the food back to show them, and it was uneaten because it was wrong. I WILL NEVER go back here I don’t understand how you can be a manger your workers get every single thing wrong when they have an order to look at and still blame the customer very disturbing how that person can “lead a team” when they don’t care if they can’t get anything right.

I heard Chipotle was in town and thought it being brand-new. We would at least get a dinner bowl or lunch bowl half full. I got a carne Asada with rice bowl and you should’ve seen the dollop of rice. The guy tried to give me and ask if it was good enough I said I want the bowl to look like the picture and pointed to the picture with it overflowing on the sides. There was literally 23 pieces of rice. The guy tried to give me it was ridiculous.
To top it off the price ended up leaving spending about 25 bucks for a bowl and chips and salsa and drink . What the heck happened to America? The democrats really messed us up

Had a mobile pickup for the food I order online. Go in. It seems like nobody knows where it’s at supposed to be over there. On the mobile pickup I go in can’t find it goes to the mobile pickup. Shelf and come to find out that they still had it on the back part of the restaurant. Then, you have a guy who’s running and register. Don’t have a clue. What’s going on other than keeping an eye on? Hey This is what I need to put in for the cash register. Mind you Nothing was going on. But boy tell you what if there was a $20 bill on the ground boy, he’d be right off. On itI wouldn’t go back there again
