I feel sorry for the service staff. There were absolutely no napkins available for customers beyond the service counter. The sauces did not work for the most part, even though there was more than a half a gallon left in the bag inside of the pump unit. And the chicken that was used for the slider, the buffalo chicken slider looked like lab grown meat and it was tough and disgusting.

Over priced, small portions. I ordered $50 worth of food. My drink tasted like water, the turkey gobbler barely had turkey on it, my Mac and cheese bowl came out in separate containers, and they were out of the onion straws that goes with the meal and sandwich. I was never informed of such until after I paid! It’s a wonder how they’re still open. Definitely won’t ever return.

Food quality has gone down hill lately at this location. I tried the Italian sub which was inedible.
The latest issue today was an apparent bait and switch involving the Arby’s App. I received a $4 double roast beef with cheese coupon through the app that should have been valid with a purchase of $10 or more. My total was $10.68 (before tax). When they tried to apply the coupon code from the app, the cashier/crew leader said I needed to spend an additional $4 to use the coupon.
Why would I spend $14 to save $4. Bigger question is why would I spend $14 for lunch at a fast food restaurant.
I’m pretty close to done with Arby’s.

My boyfriend and I came to Arby’s and Jasmine G took our order. She was so rude on the headset, and rang us in wrong. The Larionna B closed out our order, she was twice as rude. We were told we’d get our total at the window, we didn’t. The lady didn’t say a word and was just rude. Awful experience of her being at the window.
