We understand it was busy, but we waited over an hour and half of the tables food was ice cold. We had gotten the appetizer trios and all of it disgusting, the pretzels were covered with a ton of salt and cold, the wings were cold and almost no chicken and all breading, and the mini tacos were cold but edible. I had to eat some of my food as my sugar was running low, so very disappointed that I had to pay for the little bit that I ate, and im already feeling sick. The drinks were the only decent thing here, and the waitress was really nice, but I wont be back

Came here yesterday for lunch with some friends. We had such a nice lunch together. We had a group of 6 and we were lucky enough to get the big corner booth. We don’t like tables and to say we were nervous we were gonna get a table is an understatement. We were shaking in our boots so bad we could hardly walk in and ask for a booth in fear we would get a table instead. We got the pretzel appetizer and they were gone in a few minutes those things r bussin !! I got the fried chicken sandwich which was really good. My mom got the wonton tocos and my friend got the burger. My sister got shrimp. We all really enjoyed our meal and our server was super friendly and made our experience a lot of fun. We r not from this area as we were visiting friends yesterday but we will definitely come back here as this location was really good and a little better service then Middletown is. Thanks for a fun lunch experience I appreciate the kind friendly staff. Btw the fire alarm pull station by the front door has definitely seen better days. Might wanna replace that.

Applebee’s Grill + Bar has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills. The food is always high quality great food. I believe the food is worth the price. Keep up the good work -ToGo Pick Up Orders pick up location is on the side of the building.

Best Applebee’s! We keep coming back for the consistent quality of food, friendly patrons and staff, and some of the best service in town. The bartender, Brandi may be the reason we keep coming back, but Aston Applebee’s is a staple that has earned it’s loyal customers with it’s amazing and personable staff.

Out waitress who was also the bartender on our visit was absolutely amazing sweet and caring. She had a good amount of tables and stayed on top of everything checking on all the guest at all tables. The food on the other hand was not very good.

I went last night and it was so fire, Veronica was my server and she was the best and she sold me on the buffalo wings and one of the new Christmas drink LOVE LIKKA , then I got the new cookie dough pie and OH M GEE SOOOO GOODDD , she was just da best and the nicest ever , 5 STAR UP AND DOWN! Ask for Veronica to be your server , cause every time I go now I’m making sure that’s who I get, and if she not working that day IM CLOCKED OUT TOO!

I’m from out of town and we were shopping for the holidays. We decided to get something to eat before going home and I wish I had went home and ate! Service took long and by observing the movement in the restaurant, it wasn’t packed or busy enough for us to wait as long as we did. Drinks are good and food was ok (had better)

Walked in and was seated immediately, Friday afternoon around 4pm. There were maybe 6 to 8 tables occupied, 15 minutes later we still did not even have our drink order taken. We patiently watched several young ladies walk past us and assist others, and never once stopped to tell us anything. My wife got up and walked to the hostess stand and asked them if we had a server. The young girl said that’s what we are speaking about, and turned away. There were four ladies speaking for roughly 5 more mins and a male appeared. They spoke briefly then all walked away leaving the original girl. No one came to our table… we will not return… it’s bad enough the food is mediocre and over $100 for four people, to sit for 20 mins without acknowledging our existence is ridiculous.
