The owner and all of the employees are fantastic. They’re always kind and attentive, and they work FAST to get you your food.
The burgers, of course, are amazing, and worth the price. Fries are always hot and fresh. And obviously, the pies are fantastic.
The interior is always clean, which is really saying something for a place that does as much business as they do.

$11 for a slice of the most mid cheesecake I’ve ever had in my life. They don’t charge that because it’s high quality or tasty, they do it because they can. They made the business decision to forego repeat customers in exchange for the short term gain of money grabbing a first time customer.

This is the kind of place you go to if you are starving and don’ t have time to cook or are far from home. We have been here many times. The food arrives in a reasonable amount of time,is mediocre, but has never made me sick, and the servings are reasonable. The Pleasant Hill location has a few booths, which we like, for comfort and privacy. Otherwise, if you have to sit at a table near the door, you may freeze. Would go again if I had to. Handicapped accessable.
