Delicious parrillada—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and generous in portion. The puré de papa, salad and Pear Malbec were great too! Definitely coming back!

This place was better than expected. Everything was on point. It was my husband and I first time here and trying Argentinian food. We are chimicurri and skirt steak lovers an this place did not disappoint! The waitress was really nice too. We were not overwhelmed with help. Definitely recommend this place!

My wife and I have been to this location a few times over the years. We love coming here when we’re in town. Felipe was our server tonight and was excellent. He was professional, accommodating and relatable.
We ordered a Parrillada Para Dos. The food was cooked to perfection and tasted fresh. We were very happy and recommend this restaurant when in the area!!

This is a nice restaurant with very good food. The chicken empanadas were some of the best empanadas I’ve had. It’s definitely a must try here.
The meats were also very good. With decent portions. We ordered the two person platter and they gave 6 big pieces of meat.
The only complaint is that one of the pieces was very undercooked. You can tell in one of the pictures how red it was. Thankfully the staff offered to cook it again.
Overall a decent experience.

We went for my parents anniversary dinner and we had a great time. Food was great, we ordered two parrilladas for 2 and it comes with two sides each (many side options), empanadas, the red sangria was delicious and we had coffee and tea with the alfajores. We love the chill and familial feel the place has. Parking is a little rough in the area but overall the place was nicely decorated and service was very attentive! Definitely worth the visit!

When on a date dinner on a Saturday night. The place was busy but we were seated pretty quickly. We ordered an avocado salad and baked clams for appetizers and they gave us bread with oil. We accompanied with a bottle of wine. For entree we shares a skirt steak which was nicely prepared. Food was fresh and tasty.

My entree was the special number 4 meat was cooked how I ordered it medium rare. It was tasty. It came with mashed potatoes and a house salad. For appetizers with has spinach croquets, cheese and jamon platter and beef empanadas. I ended my dinner with a tiramisu and peppermint tea. If you’re looking for a spot that treats beef like a fine art form, El Gauchito is the place. It’s an unapologetic celebration of Argentine culinary tradition—warm, rustic, and smelling faintly of woodsmoke and chimichurri. A Slice of Buenos Aires From the moment you walk in, El Gauchito feels less like a commercial restaurant and more like a family gathering in the Pampas. The atmosphere is cozy and unpretentious.
Food is amazing.

November 2025. Good staff, good location, larger seating space than Gauchito #1. Street Parking easier than #1. Wait time on weekends run from 15 to 30 minutes. Meat parrillada is very good. Pricey, but worthy. Fully recommended.
