Ever time I’ve been to this McDonald’s the workers have 0 customer service skills, never fill the drinks up all the way, and when we ordered a hot fudge Sunday there was barely any fudge at all. I’m not so much concerned by the food but rather the lack of customer service skills these workers have.

Going down hill. We ordered 20 nuggets today and a fry apparently the 2 ladies said that we are only allowed 2 sweet and sour total and tried to charge us .27 for more sauce not to mention that the fries were very old then I call back and Shirley the manager which was one of the rude people and she refused to give me the other persons name because she said that if the employees are minors then they do not wear name tags and can not release first names for complaints… very very disappointing

I rarely leave a 1 star review because I’d rather just not waste my time but this mcd’s is the worst and every one should know it. I didn’t expect much to begin with do to not meet the expectations of barely functioning as a restaurant is just sad.
Google says they open at 5am. I got here at 545. One of the workers was outside smoking and said they didn’t open until 6am. Fine, how hard is it to update your hours online??
I came back at 6am and still had to wait 10 minutes. And you wonder why people don’t want to pay you more than minimum wage….. you’re not even giving minimum service…… it’s disappointing.

This McDonald’s is a joke! The night shift managers are terrible. I’ve been in here and watched 10 people walk in about cold food and waiting 30 minutes outside. I don’t see how anyone is getting there food! I waited 15 minutes for a cup! Every single employee are all lazy. I’ve been to similar run McDonald’s and they are all pretty much the same. If chick fil a can work as fast as they do than so can McDonald’s. Get rid of the manager and employees. They are behind and I’m watching people take breaks and stand around and talk

I visited the store via drive thru on Monday September 22,2025 @ 12:50 PM and hope never to visit here again. When I got to the speaker no one was ahead of me, I set there for about 30 seconds saying hello several times before I finally got someone to answer.
I placed my order, pulled up to the first window and paid, not a word from woman, went to second window the girl was looking at her phone, handed me my drink and told me to pull up, once again not please, not thank you, just pull up. Where is common courtesy? Does it not matter anymore @ McDonald’s? They definitely could learn some at this location.

Best experience at a McDonald’s in forever! I had surgery in my mouth and today was the first day in 2 weeks I could eat solids and they delivered. They made sure it was cook to order and didn’t have a problem at all doing so. This will probably be my go to place for a quick breakfast and lunch from now on.

Probably the best McDonald’s around Athens in my opinion it’s definitely cleaned better and( let me tell you there’s one in Athens that is horrible makes me want to hurl when I think of it)but no this McDonald’s on Epps is my go 2 especially for the kids and their chickens nuggets best service but then I guess that all depends on who’s working the windows

Seriously the manager charged me $3 for this half filled ice cream. But another worker filled it up for me she saw the injustice. I don’t understand how this place allowed someone this low standard to run the place. Not to mention I greeted him and he had no response.

Newly Renovated location – but filthy drainage near drink station (and no Coke Freestyle Machine). The inside is new and modern but very underwhelming in terms of layout. The food is only okay (2/5) for BigMAC. The original tenders are great (5/5) and fried. The new BBQ tenders are only okay (2/5). The service needs some improvement. A/C too cold. Overall, 3/5. $
