Absolutely the slowest service of any McDonald’s I have ever been to. If you order Inside you wait even longer. If you order anything plain, prepare to wait for 10+ minutes. It’s literally every single time. And they closed Wyckoff and Mahwah. They should close this one permanently. The employees don’t care at all.

For a small town great place for kids to eat junk food and hang out. They will serve you cold to warm coffee and if you tell them they will microwave it. You should check it out yourself. Food culture straight to the drain.

Clean parking lot, nice landscaping. Interior, and counter area are also clean. But sitting area and tables needs more attention. Bathroom is clean and free access. Not locked.

Manager on duty ( would not state his name and was not wearing a name tag) 10/25/25 2pm, very rude and disrespectful thought I didn’t speak Spanish so treated me like crap and made fun with his workers while they made me wait about 10-15 mins for an order that was already ready. I came inside to use the bathroom and wanted to pick up my mobile order inside as well. The it took 2 cashiers to get him for him to act like it was impossible. Then proceeded to give me the wrong order, then an incomplete order. I asked for his name repeatedly and he would not say and was not wearing a name tag. I usually don’t do bad reviews but the manager didn’t seem to care until I pulled out my phone and started recording and even then he still said he doesn’t care about his job.

Badly managed location. After waiting on the line for several minutes the cashier disappears. Some time later an employee emerges from the back and yells to the customers to order from the menu board. Of course the drive-thru customers get preferential treatment like everywhere else and there are not enough employees or not enough trained employees, on top of any proactive management strategy at work here. Nobody cares. We have been here a half hour now waiting on coffee and hash browns. I feel bad for these employees doing the best they can with what they have.

I would consider this a good, clean McDonald’s. They did bring me a Fillet O’ Fish instead of a Big Mac, but corrected without an issue. Probably just trying to unload Fillet O’ Fishes. Seriously, who orders those? Hey, the Monopoly game is back!

What’s the point of a two lane drive thru… no what’s the point of a sign that says “two lanes any time” just to have customers sit in the second lane waiting for service they are never gonna get. A simple “lane closed” sign goes a long way. Anything is better then making your customers feel stupid
