MARCUS ROCKS! He provided us with outstanding customer service. We could easily tell that he loves his job and that he loves serving others. He smiled and was very friendly to everyone there. I accidentally spilled my fries, and he gladly gave me more when I asked. It was very packed inside, and all the other workers were very sweet and on point as well. All the food I have ever ordered from here has been delicious and made to perfection. This kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays; it was a breath of fresh air. We will definitely be back. If you order off the app or from the kiosk linked to your email, you often get deals and can earn free items.

genuinely one of the slowest and more disorganized drive thrus. This is my local Taco Bell and I consistently wait for about 10 minutes for my food, and it’s never completely right. Items are either completely missing, or if I make a modification (like no tomatos) there will be somehow extra of that item. The employees themselves are nice for the most part, the evening management is just about as reliable as 9 year old me on Papa’s Pizzeria

I’ve tried this location 4 times now and only once has it been positive.
Just got home with my bag of food and only 1/3 of the order is in bag. I basically paid $15 for a SINGLE TACO.
QUICK UPDATE:
The lone item in the bag isn’t even what I ordered. I believe they handed me the wrong bag entirely? 0/10 won’t come again.

I don’t usually have issues with this Taco Bell but tonight was just a really bad experience. Customer service aside, we ordered the chicken burrito luxe box and a chicken cantina crispy taco. the tacos from the box were great but the chicken in both the burrito and cantina taco were completely inedible. When I cut the burrito in half the chicken was rock hard and so dark I thought it was steak or something at first. When I opened it up you could tell it was either extremely over cooked or had been sitting under a heat lamp for ten hours because it was actual jerky and ended up in the trash. I’d have rather they told me they were out of chicken and we would have happily ordered something else.

They’ve gone automated. Customers are expected to order on touchscreen panels then pay through a card reader. We had to navigate several screens to find items we wanted, I was able to pick a taco combination but not the size of soft drink to go with it, Large was selected for me. We had questions but didn’t see anyone to ask. The workers were out of sight most of the time. The taco my wife got looked like it had been hastily thrown together then flattened. She said the flavor was good, so we didn’t try to complain..

Price for same items at another Taco bell were less??? Had to go wait in parking lot for 2 bean barritos after going through the drive through. Very simple order.

Food was ok typical taco bell but I don’t like ordering thru a kiosk. I would like to speak to and order from human being. And the atmosphere of these new buildings feels like a cold, unwelcoming office or factory. Wasn’t pleasant to sit in there and eat.

Drive thru for a quick bite with a friend….quick service, hot food and budget friendly. Drive thru went faster than expected just after noon and that alone is a thumbs up from me….. especially when the order is correct and the food hot! Thanks TB staff!!

In short: Don’t eat here unless you want your order to be made wrong consistently. We waited almost 20 minutes. We thought it was fine, because drive thru was backed up. But no, it was pretty bad. I got a beefy frito burrito (pictured), and they didn’t even add the nacho cheese. All 3 of my girlfriend’s items were wrong. All 3 have chipotle sauce by default. Not only did none of them have any, but one (pictured) actually had spicy ranch. The other picture is of what was supposed to be a mini quesadilla. It’s also missing its chipotle sauce, and it’s on a regular tortilla instead of a small, which means it’s 70% tortilla. It even has cheddar instead of three-cheese. All three items she ordered were literally 3 ingredients each, and they got all of them wrong. They weren’t even understaffed. There were at least 5 people working, and there’s not even a cashier, it’s one of the self-serve kiosks. She has worked at a Taco Bell for almost 2 years, and none of this should have been at all difficult.
