My husband and have frequented this restaurant numerous times (too many times to count). The food has always been terrific! The staff are all friendly and competent. Shout out for Raquel the am manager! She always goes way beyond in doing her job and is an absolute plus for Del Taco! She’s excellent at handling difficult customers. She’s always cheerful and shows compassion when called for. This is the second location that we have followed her to. Can’t say enough good things about her.

I got a taco salad tonight.They were busy and the taco salad was not on the kiosk, so it took a min for them to get to me. The crew was really nice, they also took my order. The salad was good and the place was empty, so it was great! The place looked decent.

Avoid THIS store at all costs!!
I ordered TWO tacos this morning along with other things and not only was the so called manager at the drive thru extremely rude and disrespectful, she charged me extra for one of the menu items when I CLEARLY said TWO tacos. TWO. If she hates her job, don’t project it on somebody who doesn’t have nothing to do with the fact you are so miserable. I also got a feeling she was prejudiced to me and I didn’t say anything to not cause any problems, but she was not professional at all which is ironic considering she is in a minority group. Just go to another Del Taco for what it’s worth, they don’t care about their store here or how it’s run.

Always fast and super nice especially when I go inside and order food. The inside is very clean and always has my favorite sauce still score child has a wide variety of beverages also the food is delicious. I would recommend this place over all the other Del tacos plus in San Jacinto so there is the lower city tax versus Hemet

Although this location is much better than either location on Florida ave in Hemet I have one big criticism. Allowing team members to have loud speaker phone conversations in the dining room while on break is quite annoying.

Me and my sister went to this Del Taco at 1 AM and the food was amazing. It was hot, fresh, exactly how we ordered it. Not only that, the worker was very friendly and generous. Would highly recommend going back when graveyard is working.
