Went in yesterday evening to order a deluxe crispy sandwich,deluxe spicy crispy sandwich,mcchicken sandwich and large fries. I understand the word crispy but both deluxe sandwiches were burnt and dry to the point we could not eat them and they went in the trash. So two adult shated a mcchicken and frie. This McDonalds needs help,I go because its convenient but I will drive further from now on.

I got off a long shift at 7am, I went to the drive thru, and when I got to the speaker, the employee says “what do you want”, sighs, and then told me to hurry up, my bag of food was thrown around, food outside the packaging, and horrible service. Honestly needs reported to the health department.

Several family members including myself came here to order two large fries and a sprite on Christmas Eve and was told by “Cameran or Kameron” however it is spelled a young man stated that they are no longer taking orders after…it was not after 7pm. Again as someone with previous experience working in customer service…you do not close until the hour you are to close. I think people should get different jobs if the hours of operation do not work for them.

I live nearby and go for breakfast pretty regular. They have an awesome morning breakfast crew. Miss Patty is super sweet. This location usually has a good crew going and the line is quick and food usually correct. God bless them! They are so nice in there.

We came through the drive thru at almost 7:30 ordered 2 coffees a Carmel frappe and 10 PC nugget of course he said they have no frapps so we said okay and ordered the rest get to the window to pay and he says we dont have coffees so we canceled our order and left r to another mcdonalds. we travel alot and never once have we been told that they didn’t have any he just didn’t want to make it is my guess wont be coming back here.

This location is poorly managed and even more poorly staffed. The food is never right, the food is always overcooked or under cooked or worse: old and dried out. Oftentimes my fries are hard and inedible and the burgers are frequently burnt. Compared to most other McDonald’s in the area, this one is like a ghost of a McDonald’s. It barely exists and probably shouldn’t exist.

I have noticed from the last several visits that this location likes to skimp you on fries when you use the free fry deal in the app.
