I stopped in at 6:54a.m. My order was taken at the drive through. I noticed when I made it to the window my food was already there. My experience with chik fil a it may 40/45 secs or so. I got my bag and notice the spicy chicken sandwich appeared to be extremely hot. I was excited because chik fil a hot is so good. And typically their motto. Hot food. . I ordered the number 3. Well I opened the bag and grabbed my sandwich and I could look and tell my food had been heated in a microwave. May I remind you I don’t use a microwave for anything. It’s cancerous. I’ve heard they already have a lot of things in their chicken that isn’t good for our body. I put the jelly on biscuit and it immediately fell apart. So disappointed. The lady at the window (older hair pulled back) was fake greeting. I really should have known because she had no enthusiasm as normal chik fil an employees. If you are in a rush and want a sandwich I recommended pushing forward to another location. I’m disappointed. I really want my money back but I have court this morning and I been driving since 1:30 coming out of Dallas to Hattiesburg. Customer service is dying.

Not family friendly! If I could give it zero stars I would. Traveling through with my newborn and figured that Chick Fil A, a family friendly place, would be a great stop for food and to change my baby. Only changing table available in the men’s rr and no hot or warm water available. I’d avoid this location if you need anything more than an overpriced nugget.

I just waited 15 minutes outside of this establishment for them to open for the morning. They ignored us at the drive through untill 2 cars had came and passed through the outer lane before us. Clearly out of pettiness. So here’s the energy returned. Glad I never have to come back. Do better

I was pretty disappointed with this location. The traffic flow, both in the drive-thru and inside, was poorly designed and made the visit frustrating from the start. The nuggets were noticeably small, and the grilled chicken had an unpleasant smell that was honestly off-putting. On top of that, several empty tables were dirty, which took away from the overall dining experience. This location did not meet the usual Chick-fil-A standards.

My Pleasure was not it on December 30, 2025. I ordered a Cobb Salad. Upon getting the salad, it was only grilled chicken, lettuce and 3 egg slices. I do not know what happened to the other ingredients. I gave it back to the cashier and told her all the ingredients missing and her response “this is what you ordered a Cobb Salad”. Correct and I pointed to the Cobb salad on the menu board and read all that should be on the salad. So looking dumb founded, she went to 3 of her coworkers to discuss my disappointment. I said to the four of them, I know what I ordered and what is missing. I for another freshly made salad because the salad was passed from hand to hand. The incompetent 4 really thought I was the incompetent one. The just as lost manager comes out with a salad not being able to look at me and like shoves the salad to me with an attitude. Again, I told her I do not want this. She, cowardly telling me what they do not have to put it on the salad. The My Pleasure dummies had the right one. I said all this to say, “the pleasure is not with them all because there are some MOO ATTITUDES on Halls Ferry Road Chick-Fil-A”.

Editing this review again because this location just can’t get it together and is always messing up our order. My fiancé ordered a grilled chicken bowl with extra chicken this morning. He received a sausage bowl and no extra chicken that he paid for. By the time he got to work and realized, it’s too late to turn back around to get this order corrected.

Seriously Chick-fil-A! You were NEVER the place to have to check an order, but from now on, I will -no matter how much it backs up the line. No salad dressing, no straws…and salad lettuce was nasty and way past it’s due date. Might be ok for Vicksburg but you are a national chain and people think better.
