i ordered two master shakes for my girlfriend and i and both of them were missing literally all of the toppings. they tasted bland and they were both almost completely melted by the time they got to us like they were old. there was also half of the whipped cream that should’ve been. i’d definitely not order from this location at night because the night crew today clearly did not care about making the drinks correctly.

Customer service was phenomenal, slushy’s were not quite mixed up like usual, While receiving our food, mozzarella sticks were great, but then noticed my medium order of onion rings only had two onion rings inside. I was a bit bummed as those are my favorite. The price for everything was a bit outrageous as I Paid $33 for everything which was not a lot. Second time coming here and they messed up my order (which I realized at home). Asked for a crispy chicken and got a cheeseburger. Plus we waited for a long time. I really hope the stuff learns to remember because she repeated the order correctly… Never coming back.

So I placed a mobile order and they handed me the complete wrong order the first time, which is whatever it happens no big deal. We get the mostly correct order barring a missing mozzarella sticks plus some tenders we didn’t order but the pinnacle of the whole thing is getting home and opening my burger to this. Ain’t the mustard supposed to be /in/ the burger and not all over it ?
I wouldn’t have left a review for this location had this been the only time they’ve messed up my order but I’ve had consistent issues with the quality, speed, and care put in at this location and I really don’t recommend it.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with fast food. My girlfriend just got done with surgery and was craving a grilled cheese sandwich. I ordered grilled cheese, tots, and another burger. Everything was overcooked, cold, and the tots tasted like old grease. I ended up throwing it all away because I didn’t want it to turn our stomachs. $18 for absolute garbage!

Great selections, the Coney Dog was awesome as well as the fries. You rest assure that their staff is very efficient.Came back, went through drive, had a really big order. Ordered 4 Wacky Pack. 1 12″ Coney Dog Combo and 6 Corn Dogs. Kudos to Leland, he was professional and efficient, he deserves a merit raise. You don’t see customer service like he displayed.

I should have known better to order from this sonic in particular especially after reading the reviews. That’s on me for being a heffer. I ordered the #14 with bacon. I was hoping and assumed the burrito would somewhat be like the picture as advertised. It was a small burrito with hardly anything in it. This sonic seemed more than stingy with their portions. Reasonably, I was not expecting portions that’ll break through the tortilla. However, I also wasn’t expecting to take one bite outta the thing and throw the rest into the trash. Anybody who goes to this sonic has abysmal expectations. The same abysmal expectations that are somehow keeping this joint running. Customers should definitely save their money and go elsewhere.

So my wife went to go grab us a meal today and for one the lady was rude as heck and I could hear them since I was on a phone call with my wife and then repeatedly over and over again our order was all wrong and messed up. My wife wanted chicken tenders and instead got some super flat chicken breasts or something and I ordered a foot long hot dog and asked for chili cheese and onion but got no onion and my hot dog was cold as heck.
