Chinese food has NEVER been my fave. However, Grand China came highly recommended and I am happy to report it certainly didn’t disappoint! Service was attentive without being fussy and our food was cooked (not heated) quickly and to perfection! Our group’s faves were curry egg rolls (sooooo good), chicken egg rolls, General Tso’s chicken, green curry w/shrimp, and the Szechuan Ginger Garlic shrimp. Entree portions are huge, so prepare to share vs take a lot home! Hospitality is an easy 5 with us being greeted by multiple servers as well as Mrs. Chin/owner, who told us of her 49+ years serving famous and non-famous Atlantan’s!
Grand China looks & feels moreso like someone’s home in China and less of an eatery! And I am still marveling at how I was born and raised here, yet, somehow I missed this place! I am definitely returning to try more dishes so I can update this review…and perhaps I’ll host a birthday brunch or two here!
Side note…they have a hot mustard that’s so hot that it clears my sinuses every time!!!! IYKYK!

Great place for a good Chinese dinner. We have been coming here for several years now and have had both the Thai and Chinese choices and they never disappoint! Good ambience, great food choices and the service is always A+. The cocktails are top notch too..the frozen margarita, to be specific, was made to perfection with freshly squeezed lime juice. Delicious!! We are going to try the sushi selections next time. Can’t wait!

Had drinks the Frozen Mango Daiquiri and even the Mai Tai was very good the fried Crab Rangoon was very full of flavor even surprised me from the cheese pull the pepper steak was the best I ever had and the Spicy pan fried shrimp was great I had no complaints eating here

The name is Grand China but we were delighted to see that they serve Thai and Japanese cuisine as well. We ordered from all three cuisines! Everything was EXCELLENT!!! There are many seating areas; we sat on the patio. We enjoyed eating, talking and watching the activity on Peachtree. The servers were inviting, kind and personable. I plan to be a regular here!

Definitely worthy of a five star rating. Great food,good service and a very pleasant atmosphere. I had General Tso’s chicken medium spice and it was great. My wife had Sweet and sour chicken and she enjoyed it as well. The egg drop soup is fantastic and The vegetable spring rolls are also tasty

We came into Grand China International in Buckhead after 9pm, closer to 10pm, and were warmly greeted by the owner, Mrs. Chang. Her hospitality was incredible was so attentive, kind, and welcoming, especially considering how close it was to closing time. She truly made us feel valued and never rushed.
Another customer even stopped to tell us how amazing Mrs. Chang’s hospitality is, and we couldn’t agree more. On top of that, the drinks were absolutely outstanding. The mojitos are so refreshing hands down the best mojito I’ve ever had. Between the service and the drinks, this place is a gem. We will definitely be back!
